NTNM - Diet , my un-scientific approach to leanness

Today is day 73.
Started: 230lbs
Now: 209.5lbs

I realize that progress is slow, but I did not lose strength -or muscles yet. Still eating only 1 meal x day.
Monday starts Cardarine. I suspect that it works synergistic with Telmisartan and should, in theory, give me a "metabolic boost'.
I see a huge difference matter of fact this fuels my fire... way Togo

Arms workout

45 minutes brutal arms workout, including shoulders.

oh my looks fantastic!!! I have bees as well .... such interesting creatures... have u had swarm

let's just invite ourselves ... eventually he's gonna adopt me. His basement is cozy for now... but I'm a fan of forced love

Y'all aint here already. I was hiding in the chicken coop and feed off the catcus fruit and orange grove

We have here all sorts of bees in the wild. The honey is from a swarm that attacked my personal and the calf.

My Dad was State Registered Beekeeper. We used to get phone calls fairly regularly to go deal with swarms of bees. The swarms that would all be in a big mound on a tree limb or the side of a building.

I know isn't it crazy to see a swarm... I watched my mom try and follow a swarm running with them trying to convince me they would fly in her little cardboard box... yea didn't work out for her

We had a swarm in our attic when I was younger. My dad went up the latter and sprayed poision into the hole they where coming in and out of. I dont think I ever see him come down a latter faster than he did that day. Lol

You’re living my dream..

I'm not sure if anyone should crave it.
Always something makes my cortisol spike, like: animals that die, a cold spell killing all flowers, a hailstorm destroying it all, idiot staff breaking the equipment, opossum attacking the chicken at night, the dog hunting neighbors poultry, electricity blackout and all hatching chicken dead, lake losing water -turning all into a swamp, all muscadines eaten by birds (or employees -telling you it were birds)...you got the picture.

Thinking about selling it all. For me change is happiness. One day a farmer, the next day an explorer -touring planet earth, never standing still.

We probably collected over 50 swarms over the years. Never wore any of the gear, and bet I wasn't stung more than a few times dealing with swarms.

oh... no. Epic ...

I guess it were Africanized bees, also called "Killer bees". They did not had their hive disturbed but attacked the calf and my employees viciously.
Now I have their honey. LOL! Don't fugg with HGP.

I have a cousin who raises fighting roosters. Been doing it for years.
my mother has 9000 it seems like... did u know they eat their dead... anything dead... they r so nasty .. little beady eyes ... they r dedicated too ... man I hate chickens

I like my chickens. Chicken soup, baked chicken, fried chicken.... :)

Have you ever had "Killer bees"? Here they are often to "find" (they find you). Our neighboring country is Brazil from where they escaped. They took completely over South America, those little fuggers.

"Africanized" bees are becoming common here as well. The key to any is if they are used to people being around they're not too bad. The hives we had at my parents farm were so used to us that we didn't even wear our gear when we collected the honey. The other hives that were set out at other fields were a different story.

The real problem here is that pesticides are killing a large number of honey bees.

true story

Yes. Humanity has gone mad with all the hormones, antibiotics, pesticides and whatnot. That was the reason I wanted a biological farm.
I'm in the wrong country with that. Here people don't appreciate biological farming. They buy only the cheap stuff. Well, at least my family reaps some benefits.

Sitting at the same desk everyday and working. Yeah, I don’t mind cortisol. My dad had a few acres of land when we were young. Rubber, coconut, banana and few other stuff plantation. There is the beauty of things coming to life and literally reaping-what-you-sow. I’d take that anyday.

Hey, I'm sitting at a desk every day too, only on the weekends is farm time. Maybe I see the farm challenge as "accomplished". There is no stimulus anymore. It all worked out. Now its time to build a rocket and shoot myself to mars -or anything exiting, LOL!

Before you send yourself to mars, don’t forget to take the computer. I am sure you can take over the Martians with some BDSM

Shyt!! You know that right now he's looking for just the right gif. Hopefully there's nothing flopping around in this one.
