So stupid question... I suffer from insomnia... work out in am to try and avoid endorphin roller coasters ... so take in am with pre workout then I take remeron to sleep... any thoughts??

What are your issues with sleep? Getting to sleep, or staying asleep? And have you tried other (non-prescription) aids? I've had sleep issues for years, so it's something I'm interested in.
 
Well I tend to be sleep deprived myself until I tank... i have restless leg occasionally which is like the devil in itself. But I tend to sleep three hrs a day... I take wellbutrin and I start remeron tomorrow night ... my co-worker/ doc says I will sleep like a baby. I take wellbutrin to help with my mind straight... I tend to be a manic beast sometimes. Meaning I'm a machine with no sleep until I tank hard... people say melatonin works ... benadryl tends to help some...
 
I work nights so that too doesn't help my crazy sleep schedule. I'm a tad scared to start new med fearing I'll become a lazy turd. I enjoy being independent learning to fix my own broken down items ... just installed my car stereo... my car a vw r32 tends too need a lot of loving... see my plate is full I hate sleep makes me feel like a waste... my mind never stops

There are a ton of options for things to help with sleep. I think you'll find that it's one of the most important (and most overlooked) components to fitness. You're going to get a ton of reccomendations now. My current is either IML Dream N Grow or Vein Nutrition Sedation. I also take 5-HTP and melatonin on occasion.
 
Whatever you do stacy1212 don't send pictures to hairygrandpa. He can't be trusted with them. Don't be like the rest of us, who learned that lesson the hard way.

You are doing just fine. when I started on hear I asked like one hundred questions to what all the F'in abbreviations ment.
He ll I still can't figure out half of them.
really just a bunch of good guys and a few great women on this site. (the guys can get pretty crude but from what I have read you are holding your own)!
