Bam Bam's Journey to the Stage!

I usually go house music lol. Honestly, I hate the individual routine so much. My first two shows I worked super hard on my routine and music and then was kinda like, wtf? Idk, just don't care for it. I envy guys who enjoy it. It's your time to shine. Just line my ugly ass up next to other people and call out poses lol

Hahaha I feel like I might end up in the same boat as you. I've been trying to think of a basic routine to start off of and I'm just not feeling creative.

Cheat meal. Got a couple of the new Halo Top flavors too.

Also, picked up an MK-677 product from my friend's store here locally since MA Supps is down temporarily. 60mL, 25mg per mL, $60. Not bad. Gonna be running it up until 1 week before the show. I'll have enough for another month after the shows are over too!
209 this morning. Check ins, training with coach, and new diet all on Monday.

Trained chest and posed with the coach this morning.
New diet phase starting tomorrow.
Dropping the long ester test for prop, and switching adex out for letro and nolva to try and shrink the gyno down as much as possible while we're far enough out.

We were especially happy with the back shots this week.

back is really coming along nicely. Looks like its gonna get pretty grainy with a little tightening.

Have you run ralox/letro before to try to shrink your gyno?

Thanks, and agreed! Just need my legs to follow suit
Yeah I've done both and it helps temporarily, long run I'm just gonna have to get it cut out. But letro and nolva while dropping my test dose down should elicit some pretty good results especially while I'm so dry.

Man your progression over the last few weeks has been solid! Looking good brother! You gonna add any winny or mast in before the comp?

Thanks man! I'm already on winny and mast lol, not sure if we'll add something like halo in the last week or so

Man I would love to see Halo in action.

I'm really hoping it gets added in, I always thought it was a really interesting compound! Grainy detail and big strength gains! Helllll yeah.

Mapping out my workout for hamstring tomorrow. Thoughts? Last week I almost made it the whole length of the turf at the gym with 225 on my back for lunges. Hoping to make it at least one full length this time. 2 if I'm feeling peppy. Damned ego.
Hams
Lying leg curls 3 working sets
Single leg dead 2 sets
RDL 3 working sets
Walking lunges 5 sets
Standing leg curls 3 sets
Seated leg curls 7 sets fst 7

Also, scratch the one leg deads. Trying this instead:

Where is mine Bam Bam, anything you dont eat you can send my way. I'll send you my addy. Lol. Legs was actually the only thing I was gonna say you could work on till I read the rest of your post.

Well, snapped/popped something in my hammy during the last set of my first exercise so heavy lunges was a no go. Had to go light on everything the whole workout. Bodyweight lunges. I'm icing it now.
Still looked lean though.

208.0 this morning.

Dang man. Any bruising?

No fortunately not, but damn it is so sore and stiff right now. I don't think it's anything serious, but damn it scared the crap out of me.

Well, I'm not crippled this morning like I was when I hurt my lumbar. That's good news. I imagine I'll be right as rain by the time it's leg day again, but I'll still be taking it light and being cautious just so I don't aggravate anything.

Good to hear man.

hamstrings are a nightmare... one little pop can lead to mooonnnttthhhsss of problems. And as soon as it feels fine, POP... start over.

You'd know for sure if you did real damage. I had a grade 2 tear in mine and couldn't walk without a severe limp for almost 2 months and couldn't actually lift weights or bend over to pick things up except on one leg (like a friggin flamingo) for almost 9mo.

That was 2+ years ago and I still pick things up on one leg cuz it became such a habit ha

Damn lol. Well I definitely didn't do anything serious then. It feels a LOT better today.

Salad
16oz filet mignon and a sh*t load of fries
Most of a pack of pumpkin spice Oreos and 16oz whole milk

Only woke up at 211

That is perfect execution of a prep cheat meal

It's a little more than I think my coach wanted me to have, but I'm not sweating it lol. It seems to have worked out well for me!

I'm dead today but looking lean as hell so I'm gonna keep pushing. Fortunately when I step in the gym my motivation comes out of nowhere and I work like I've got a fire under my ass.

Yesterday's suffering yielded a new low bodyweight this morning. 206lbs. Maybe I'll make it down into LHW after all lol

Even lighter today... 205.4. Nothing's changed, water intake is still the same around 1.5-2 gallons daily.
I am watching my dad's dog while he's traveling for business though and maybe the extra walks are shedding some fat?

Love dogs :D

ha that's almost certainly the case... when my gf moved down with her dog I started taking her running or hiking every chance I got. First time I ahd done any cardio in like a year... Dogs are awesome for stuff like that cuz they're fun and you dont think of it as "cardio".

Oh yeah definitely lol. Great distraction, makes walking a few miles seem like nothing!

Not when your dogs are little bitches and after 300yards start walking like snails bc they're so tired .

I've got two, tea cup yorkies. Yeah just running around my 800sq ft apartment is usually enough for them lol

Hahaha well luckily I've got a sprightly pitbull pup that goes HAM until the end of the day we have a little shiatsu poodle mix but he keeps up with us!

I had a German Shepherd (I miss her). Huge dog. While walking her two of the tiniest dogs, I still say it was rats, started barking. This big ass dog hides between my legs. Oh the embarrassment:lol:

haha my gf's dog is a pit/lab mutt and has only two speeds: SPRINT and sleep. she will literally go full bore for about 2mi and then will literally la down in the middle of the road/trail haha. I've had to carry her 60lb ass over 1/2/mi before

Lmao! My mom has a purebred German shepherd and she's a savage. She's full of energy too. Nibbles on your feet and legs when she wants to play, and doesn't stop till you pay attention to her

I've got a grey hound, bloody thing is wild! I called him Loki to suit! Haven't stepped on a treadmill in ages, I can walk him for hours and he never tires!

Our pit actually tires out randomly, but after an hour nap she's back up and hyper as hell lol. It's nice because I actually get to relax sometimes!
