It was a random combo of a lot of things lol. I finished the fireball I had brought back stage for finals, as well as a couple cupcakes and a slice of pizza they provided for us, and then one of the supp store booths brought Strange Donuts for the competitors so I had a delicious red velvet cupcake from them. A jumbo pretzel. A lot of Powerade. Then we finally went out after leaving the venue and I had some kind of chicken sandwich with a big helping of tater tots.
I've been eating about 50% healthy since then my first workout yesterday was garbage because I had a terrible headache but I'm feeling much better today so hopefully I'll be able to get in and make use of all these calories haha

Finally got a good workout yesterday. Back was pumped and strength coming back, not feeling as fatigued.
