It is very possible, and damn I think you need to bump your total to 3000 you have 2000 in the bag!!!! Talk about an improvement. I would love to see some videos of some of you guys doing pull ups! I will take one of me doing one of my sets tonight. Maybe I will go all out for a 10 rep set...
Last night was good on the pull ups for me even though I was actually sore from doing the 22 the day before. I was feeling decent and the elbow seemed to be feeling well so I pushed things a bit harder.
NG-Neutral Grip, PG=Pronated Grip, SG=Supinated Grip
Pull Ups - NG=8, NG=7, PG=6, PG=5, PG=5, SG=4, SG=5 Total = 40 total toward challenge for the day and 280 for the total @ day 21.
I know typically people will go from hardest to easiest but I need the NG first to warm up the brachialis more so the Pronated Grip doesn't cause me pain. The 10 rep goal I have set for myself is not 10 NG Pull ups, I could more than likely do that now if I pushed it, but 10 PG Pull Ups.
I am seeing some decent progress now and hope to see it continue. Right now my arm does not feel any worse for the wear, and did not hurt last night. That makes me happy considering I almost doubled my daily reps!!!!
