I on the other hand can never keep them stocked. The wife goes through it like a crazy woman! She's always been a fan of the expensive tasty coffee drinks so it's actually nice to get some savings with her downing cafe series instead!

I'm off topic I know :) just started taking forsk by PES like 3 days ago, 50mg in the morning after waking up (2x pills) and again pre wo 50mg (2x pills) if I'm not mistaken I'll have GI troubles for at least 1 week right? Appreciate your suggestions guys :)

Not everyone does. I never had problems from forskolin, and I've taken up to 100mg at a time from stacking ABE and Shift.

I usually have in the first week only but last time I was on forsk was long time ago so... thx for the feedback man

I assume you ask because you are having some issues so the answer is usually yes, a week or two is typically the adjustment time. Taking with meals seems to help many as well.

Maybe try combining it with Lodhra bark extract or even EvoMuse Gut Health. Been seeing reports of some users who experience GI issues from Forskolin, using Gut Health, and no issues.
 
Or the old tactics to dose with food or split doses up more is always good too

Yep that worked for me time ago but gut health for some reason in not available anymore here so I'm using ravenous by AD project, it's great product but doesn't seem to "fix" it.... I'll try to dose it with food and splitting doses like 4 pills per day with 4 meals and wait for a week or so, I just wanted to confirm with you guys that these GI issues could be caused by forsk as I thought :) thx a lot for your help as usual :)

Hahaha icing is a huge thing still with my college buddies. We've gotten obscenely creative with how we get each other.

Select snickerdoodle is gross when mixed with water. I'm not sure how you guys actually get any enjoyment out of drinking it that way.
 
Bit late to the party but im in Aus gimme a break.
Got the new peanut cookie in. Tried it in my staples.
Straight shake with water. 8.5/10 - Probably number 2 in my rank behind choc peanut butter cup and ahead of frosted choc. You get a clear peanut butter flavor then a cookie hit after.
Smoothie with banana and other variations 7/10 - really dissapointed, thought this might replace my favorite choc peanut butter cup smoothie but the flavor seems to fade when mixed with ice and fruits, still good but behind alot of other flavors.
Oatmeal 9.5/10 - Best so far, even without actual peanut butter it's super creamy(peanut butter component) and sweet (Cookie component) but the almighty snickerdoodle can't be beat. Sits at #2 for me

Will probably be keeping at least 1 tub on hand at all times, Can see it helping out on contest prep when fats are low and i got no peanut butter to mess with lol.

#1 Choc PB cup
#2 Snickerdoodle
#3 PB Cookie
#4 Frosted Choc Cupcake
#5 Cookies & Cream

Could Easily swap 3 with 4 tbh, it's real close.

After doing many fitness expos where we have sampled out snickerdoodle in water from the drinks dispenser I can conclude with a high degree of certainty that you are in a minority. :)

I am actually not a big fan of snickerdoodle as a "shake" flavor myself, but maybe cause I was drinking it 30-45min PWO and was getting some burps that were bugging me.

I do, however, love to cook with it lol

tbh, I'm not a big fan of it as a standalone flavor either though. It's better in milk, but it still isn't something I look forward to drinking; however, it is much worse in water.

CnC is much better. Recently, I've been doing 1 scoop SD with 1 scoop CnC which is better, but the SD has a much stronger lingering taste. Hopefully, blondie is better in water. I still have 2 of those that I need to use and I'll be drinking all of my protein with water for the next 10 weeks.

PBC + CPBC is a good combo
SD + Vanilla IMO is awesome. The vanilla helps balance the sweetness and give you that versatile base flavor. For those that complain its too sweet, try the vanilla + SD

I'm not a fan of peanut butter anything, so I didn't get either of those. Blasphemy, I know.

I also don't have any vanilla. I should have got some when it came out because I really enjoy a good vanilla protein, but I already had too much on hand. Honestly, I still have too much.

Gourmet Vanilla Select is one of the best vanilla proteins out, hands down

vanilla + CNC makes it more of a bolder flavor like the enhanced filling of an oreo.
CNC + Frosted Chocolate Cupcake = $$$$ its like an upgraded oreo with a butter cream aftertaste. Like a true stuffed cookie and enriched shell.

Ran out of tub 1 of PBC yesterday. Had SD at work (with water), instead. I agree with Jim that I prefer cooking with it far more than drinking it

I finished my first of PBC today as well. Will be going to straight to my second tub tomorrow. It's been delicious. Only reason it lasted as long as it did is I've been loving mixing it with other flavors.
