After reading this and doing alot of reading about PA, I would like to try the adv stack, I want to move straight to optimization, I just have a couple of questions. I use Prima Force LCLT, are there brands that are better? does it matter? What is a good brand of HCA? I see on amazon some of these say carb-blocker, though it just means blocking the conversion of carbs to fat right? I imagine taking HCA on off days is beneficial.
Also why do people start ArA, and then add the ingredients that keep the eicosanoids primarily prostaglandin later? (the ABE)
ArA - 1gs(all preworkout only)
SL - 2 tbls maybe more(preworkout, morning off days)
LCLT - 2gs(preworkout, morning off days)
ABE - 2 Morning, 2 Pre(Saturday 2 Pre in the morning, 2 dinner)
HCA - 2gs(preworkout)
