The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

Diphenhydramine hcl

As a histamine receptor type 1 (H1) antagonist Diphenhydramine can reduce hyperemic responses to resistance exercise, which is imparted by an indirect antagonist action at the endothelium. It is to be noted that this despite being sustained after exercise, this action does not appear to effect muscle cell glucose uptake. The effector target prostaglandins (PGF2-Alpha and PGE2) are produced inside the muscle cell (from ArA) and act in paracrine manner- so induction of the enzymes responsible for their synthesis obviously occurs locally as well. Theoretically as ArA is actively transported across the cell membrane- and given the transport of glucose is unaffected- it is unlikely that Diphenhydramine will have any effect on the (desired) actions of ArA.

Probably answered already, but here we go.
I take my ArA empty stomach and workout first thing in the morning.
ABE should be taken with meals, so I usually take it with lunch and dinner.
Is this the best approach for the ArA/ABE stack? Or ABE is dosed too far from ArA?
If the lodhra bark from ABE keeps in the system for a long time, then it wouldn't matter, but I don't have this info...
Anyone?

Looks good to me. I always took ABE with 2 largest meals and ArA preworkout.

You'll be fine to keep it that way!

After reading this and doing alot of reading about PA, I would like to try the adv stack, I want to move straight to optimization, I just have a couple of questions. I use Prima Force LCLT, are there brands that are better? does it matter? What is a good brand of HCA? I see on amazon some of these say carb-blocker, though it just means blocking the conversion of carbs to fat right? I imagine taking HCA on off days is beneficial.

Also why do people start ArA, and then add the ingredients that keep the eicosanoids primarily prostaglandin later? (the ABE)

ArA - 1gs(all preworkout only)
SL - 2 tbls maybe more(preworkout, morning off days)
LCLT - 2gs(preworkout, morning off days)
ABE - 2 Morning, 2 Pre(Saturday 2 Pre in the morning, 2 dinner)
HCA - 2gs(preworkout)

LCLT brand doesn't matter, as long as it's a reputable brand, which Prima Force is IMO.

SNS makes a well priced HCA supplement: Invalid Link Removed

Idk about your ABE question.

Everything else looks great!

Sweet thanks for the referral. I see you said earlier that the aspirin was awesome. Have you tried a carnitine salt in its place? The differences that may be are aspirin provides better inhibition, but carnitine salts also have an effect on your androgen receptors. Or does one not work better than the other?

I think I've used carnitine salts once (long time ago though) and I couldn't tell a difference between them and baby aspirin.

Would be a hell of a feat to feel the difference from using a carnitine salt, ARA is hitting home the acute effects you will feel either way.

I do always add it, because it's cheap and may improve overall results. LCLT if you're after androgen receptor effects but I still prefer ALCAR at 1.5-2g pre

I see no reason to worry over ABE but it works great with meals so just dose it with your furthest 2 meals from the ARA if you are so inclined

I am not worried about the ABE. After looking at this forum, it just looks like people start different supps at different weeks into their ARA cycle. I was just wondering if this had any meaning to it, or they might have been off cycle starting ArA of something else and then ramp it back up during the ArA cycle.

Also another question if anyone does not mind answering. I see that people do not include HCA into their cycles. Though most just post the brand of stuff that their using and not the specific ingredients. Is it not important? Or is it hidden in the things people take? I want to start my first ArA cycle and have decided to forgo HCA cause it doesnt seem to be in most peoples cycles.

HCA? (-)-Hydroxycitric Acid - AKA Garcinia Cambogia? If so, because there is very, very, very, little evidence that it does anything/enough for the money - but I guess if you got it cheap enough, it wouldn't hurt you.

Only reason people are throwing it in with there ArA is due to its ability to increase muscular uptake

I want to throw it in, but the majority of ArA cycles I have seen posted do not mention taking HCA. Unless again, it is in the product that they are quoting.

Ok, so I have. Triumph, ABE, and x-gels in my carts. Triumph seems to have L alanine and a creatine that is not monohydrate. Does this mean I can exclude beta alanine and creatine monohydrate? Also should I keep my L-citrulline pre? I will also be keeping atleast 1 tblspn of fearns a to have my PA at 1600. I think I am tip top and sooooooooo excited for this.

What's the reasoning behind beta alanine? I mean obviously it depends on your training but most lifters aren't doing long enough sets where it's worth it. If you do want to include it though, stack it in addition to the aforementioned supps. The l-alanine in Tr1umph is in there because it helps with absorption and efficacy of l-glutamine. It's not the same thing as beta alanine.

Tr1umph covers you for creatine with creatine HCl. It also already has soy lecithin (and phosphatidic acid), but sure, you could use more if you'd like.

L-citrulline preworkout is fine.

I take Health IQ which has anti inflammatories in it. Can I take the health iq while on ARA and space 8-12 hours apart, or should I not take it at all? It has tumeric , goldenseal and boswellia serrata.

I have taken them for 50 workouts (almost three months) and i liked alot. Is a break of one month between cycles enough ?

Any female users out there? Results and dosages?
I've run it at 1g preworkout...once stacked with just LCLT and soy lecithin granules, and also with those plus ABE. Bodyweight is usually high-130s and that dosage seems to be fine. I think I started the first time at 750mg and increased it after 1-2 weeks...pump seemed better with higher dosage, but could also just have taken some time to saturate. Haven't gone above that because both times, my joints were pretty beat up by the end of the run.

Probably was just kicking in by the time you raised your dose.

Can gains be made on one bottle or is two def. necessary? And are these 'somewhat keepable gains' ?
One bottle will probably be too short, as it takes some time to kick in. Or if you did try to run one bottle for an appropriate amount of time, you'd have to way underdose.

It should absolutely be "keepable," this is a natural supplement.

I gotcha...Just curious as even with Creatine, when I stop, I lose a smidge of strength and that slight full look...I understand this is prob stronger than creatine?

Hey I have a quick question about Ara after reading an article online about inflammation of the body being linked to Alzheimers disease. Im currently on my second week of x-gels (6 pre workout) with Triumph and am loving it, but just read this article which states "There's a five-alarm fire sounding these days about inflammation, and with good reason. Heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, and acne are just some of the possible consequences of too much inflammation in the body." The article is not about Ara but it about foods that cause inflammation to the body. Cant post the link cause I don't have enough posts but if you google the article its "6 inflammation-causing foods no one talks about". Would just like to hear some feedback or thoughts? Definitely not stopping though.

Prolonged use of ArA does lead to all the health issues you just mentioned. That's why it's important to stay off ArA for couple months once the 50day cycle is complete. Omega-3, as you might know, is Anti-inflammatory. Take it.. it will counter act.. but not during ArA cycle. Hope this helps

Those health effects are from prolonged, systemic inflammation. This is not at all the same as ARA.

+1. Like to know the same

You need 2 bottles. Don't run it if you don't have two, not worth it! (Unless you are just going for pump then I guess you could do it).

I'm right on the edge of kop'ing two bottles of this stuff! ...A concern tho I'm thinkin about, can it aggravate plantar fasciitis foot pain and/or costochondritis (chest sternum pain) ?

Potentially. It can aggrevate pre existing inflammatory conditions...or not.

Hmm haven't heard of that one. I have a herniated disk and it aggravates that but I am not sure how that compares to your injuries. Sorry :/

For 4 years, at this time, I used at least 2 ARA cycles (50 days, stop, 6 softgels just preworkout), and for 4 years, even during the cycle, I had high fever and many aches!
This year, nothing ARA !!! No fever, no pain! LOL

It's a nice supplement, it works, I loved the stack with Anabeta elite, but unfortunately it is about health, and all those flashy spots we have on our body!

Hey guys I got another random question. Last week I had to get routine blood work. Everything is good, but I noticed the day after the blood was drawn I developed a bruise around the area. I never had this happen before. Seems like the bruise is taking a while to heal. Im wondering if ARA is playing a role in delaying the healing process because it causes inflammation. Any opinions?

I've had lots of blood drawn, and only once developed bruising. It is a completely natural occurrence, and can take some time to go down. I would say that if you are concerned, seek your medical professional :)

I had a blood test a month ago, had a lot drawn and a day or so later I bruised up pretty good....It lasted a while and changed colors...I wasn't on ArA, I've yet to try it.

Hey just wanted to follow up on my bruising question, which has been going down since icing, I don't think ARA had any impact on the healing process. In terms of ARA, I haven't used a supplement this effective since the first time I tried creatine. Im currently on a cut and have been seeing all my compound lifts continue to go up. The pump is incredible and lasts long. Feeling more vascular and harder. I have been taking 6 x-gels pre workout along with triumph on an empty stomach. I am currently on my 3rd week and what surprised me the most about ARA is how I went so long without hearing about it, but it has been this effective of a supplement. I would definitely recommend it.

Great to hear, glad you are loving it!

I'm on my 18th day of ArA, and like 4 1/2 weeks in to ABE, and was on Tr1umph prior to starting ArA. I have to say it's quite sick. The pumps are ridiculous, I feel fuller and bigger. Even being on a calorie deficit for most of it, ESPECIALLY on the days I have pigged out a little bit more. Being 5'9 184 around 14-16% BF, 1G has been awesome, I believe enhancing the effects of ArA should take priority then taking more ArA. Since I've been in the adv'd stack since the beginning, I have finally decided to add HCA. Nutraplanet has SNS HCa for like $6 a bottle right now, so I bought 5.

But this brings up another question, just to meet the minimum 2G HCA, I'll be popping atleast 7 of these pills. Does anyone know of a near decent price, bigger bang for your buck of HCA? This seems already hard to beat considering how much I paid.
