Titan changing his looks with MassMax XT

I apologize for my lack of posts the past few days. Thursday was a 2 fire day at the station and Friday night was a brutal shift at EMS. No lifts Saturday as I slept half the day but I did get in 30 minutes of cardio when I woke up. Im at the fire department today and because of Easter the gym is closed but rest assured I will be busting out some body weight lifts and cardio!! Good news is my wife said my current shorts looked thuggish because they were hanging off of me so I was forced to go buy some new ones. What made it even better for me was I had to buy 34's. I could fit the 32's in the waist easily, but my arse and thighs were filing them out snugly!! That makes me giddy! Still loving the MassMax and feel as if it has really helped to not only lean out.....despite its actual purpose.....but maintain if not increase my strength while on a serious deficit!!!
 
Got in a great body weight workout today and some cardio on the elliptical. Big thing was Im in on HIT4ME's 2000 pull-ups challenge and decided to do 10 dead hangs every hour on the hour from 6-6 for 120 total. Feeling it! Diet was on point today with 5 eggs, 2 shakes, 3 leg quarters, 2 tbsp of PB and 12 green, nasty @ss olives per the article I read on the news section of AM. Been a good day but back t lifting tomorrow!

LOL That's where I am at. I have to buy 34s to fit my ass and legs and they STILL look like nugs. Another inch or so on the legs and I will be in 35s....lol

Got off shift this morning and ate a little peanut butter and took my MassMax and Radiate...went to he gym. This afternoon I hit 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill. Heres the lifts from this morning...not including the pull ups Im doing throughout the day for the challenge

Had a stupendous back and bicep workout this morning on shift! I think with the addition of all the stinkin pull-ups Ive been doing and then doing them today during back and biceps I swear I can feel my back spreading. Then again it could just be in my head. But short on time..long story short felt great lifting, did some new grips on db curls that I recently read about and it made a huge difference. Definitely feel as if Im making progress.

True! I want my back to look like the wings on an F35! As for the grip, I read about it in a Mens Health book I ordered. Ive always held my dumbbells in the center of the grip bar. It recommended the same, but then to do some sets by offsetting your hands...some sets with your hands all the way to either sides of the bar in order to create a little torsion in the heads of the bicep. Hands to the outside of the grip were nice, but to the inside of the grip were d@mn near brutal.
 
Had an incredible shoulders and traps day throwing in some pull-ups in between a few sets. Fell way short on the pullups and only did 25 giving me 475 for 6 days I think. But Ive really noticed a change in the overall hardness of my muscles in the past fee days. Especially in my chest which has always been one of my weaknesses. Tuesday will be a HUGE test for me if all continues to go well over the weekend. Im thinking about shooting for 360 on bench. THINKING! My back seems to be growing and my traps are starting to stand up like monuments! Well, to me anyway. Weight is starting to go up slightly, but Im convinced its meat and not fat. Im also trying to get an appointment to get cortisone shots in my knees so I can start rocking some squats again. I miss them. I will also go ahead and tell you I will more than likely extend this another bottle for an 8 week total. Super stoked!!

Quick question. Are you still taking Radiate w/ Massmax? If so, how are the appetite effects? Curious cause Massmax increases appetite while Radiate is suppose to decrease it.

Yes I am. Its back and forth. Some days I have no hunger whatsoever, and others Im starving. When I am hungry it seems to be later in the afternoon though. Either way Im enjoying the ride. The MassMax is increasing strength and hardness while the Radiate is giving me energy, and hella vascularity.

Damn, that sounds bad ass. Got my Massmax coming in tomorrow. Coming off Oxymax and shift cycle. Wanted to give my body a break from fat burning ingredients but your stack sound like fun. lol

Knee shyt sucks so bad. I am STILL dealing with hip and knee bullshyt. I hope you are able to get it dealt with soon. I realize people love cortisone shots, but you have to be careful with those because the pain they are covering up could be something serious and you would hate for your knee to explode and have no idea you are pushing too hard. Good luck homie! You're still kicking ass!
