You should see how I calculate tips! And I do it in my head.

Here's an example.
Bill is $42.48 and you want to leave a 15% tip.

Take 10% which you just move the decimal place over 1. $4.25 (*rounded up to tenth)
Then you take half of that. $2.125* or $2.13 and add them together.

15% = $6.38 ($6.372 using Google-math)

You should see me count my macros:
I count ~200g of protein, 100-180g carbs then say fck it and eat peanut butter and almonds until I get 2200-2400 kcals

Math is legit tho I checked it out myself just to be sure.

250mg/50mg = 5

1ml/5 =.2ml per 50mg

50+50+50=150

.2+.2+.2=.6

Two scoops of Bloodshred this morning, followed by 10 minutes warm up, 30 minutes HIIT and 15 minutes abs. 13 hour workday, with probably 14 hours tomorrow hanging with a bunch of corporate people. I'm thinking tomorrow will be an off day.

When I first got into it, I thought I'd save a lot of money by not drinking excessively and using tobacco products.. now I spend more money on eating healthy and supplements...

Now I'll live longer which will cost more money.

At this point, if I ever want to retire I should take up smoking...

I'm pumping the brakes on cycle plans.

In all honesty, I've become a fcking p@ssy since my last cycle in so far as discipline is concerned. My diet was getting out of hand and I was avoiding doing cardio, thinking "fck it I'll lose BF next cycle."

Im gonna get my sh1t dialed in over the next couple months and might run a mild cycle at the end of the summer if I decide to...

It's actually fairly easy if you're adding in protein shakes w/water. Yesterday's food intake 3 cups chicken breast, 2 cups raw broccoli, 2 Tbs. Hummus, 4 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cups of oats and a banana mixed with 2 scoops PES Select, and another two scoops during the day. 1636 cals 261gr protein, unless my quick goat thinkin' is wrong

Nutriverse has the BOGO on OL Forslean... I noticed immediate effects such as sh1tting sometimes twice a day, more energy and less bloat.

I think this is something that everyone should use on a cut. It increases T3 and T4 while also having anti-catabolic properties.

A cheap cutting stack would be Forslean and Yohimbine HCL taken with coffee and cayenne extract. This is what I do on my rest days when I do fasted cardio... I'm loving it! I might add ephedrine next time

Then we could get sh1t faced and cracked out at the same time, all while the sups are increasing thermogenesis and CAMP

Literally, I can gain weight at much over 2000 calories. Sure, I don't carry as much muscle as some guys...but...

it's not hard to figure out why so many poor people are fat....fresh fruits and veggies are a LOT more expensive than hot dogs and chips!!!


I saw tomato's are $3.99lb, I will definitely be putting out a garden this year!!!

I do have a tub of OG Margarita Alphamine. Use Forskolin instead of salt?? Not sure what adding tequila to alphamine would be good for, other than improving my people skills.
