bdcc can you tell us if the powder will be like FCC or thicker like the vanilla and snickerdoodle? FCC is my favorite because it never clumps and powder seems to be finer.

Absolutely love the consistency of the FCC powder when mixed with liquid. Barely even have to mix or shake and no clumping at all.

I will be able to give you an answer tonight or at the latest Monday. Mine is on the truck for delivery not if for sure it will make it today though. :)

Yes it is amazing. I like it best just mixing it with a spoon. No foam then. I need more FCC in my life so if anyone wants a vanilla I will trade ya! Still love the vanilla.

Completely agree with the mixing. It was one of the first things I noted on in my initial feedback. Select is already pretty good in the category but FCC is in a league of its own for mixability.

Agree with this as well. The mixability of FCC not just in shakes, but in oats as well, is top notch

If you are serious though this is literally the only even close to case or complaint I've heard on it. Very odd to me given my experience with FCC.
 
Haha I am serious. I blend 99% of my shakes with a nutribullet and all the other Select flavors mix with no residue what so ever

Interesting. Never blended it so I can't really say much on that. It just seems to mix so well I didn't even try much more than a few shakes in a shaker or stirs of a spoon.

So I landed a couple of hours ago in Boston and on my arrival at the hotel I was given a little box and once opened I found the great surprise as below:

I have to say I doubt I'm eating "fake snickerdoodles" these are soft, creamy, juicy, tasty like the "real one" absolutely AWESOME I can't believe HOW you made them!!?!?!? I'm almost incline to say you bought these at a bakery and sent them to me lol they are way tooooo tasty to be made with the PES SD!!!!

Taste --> 10/10
Macros --> 10/10 you can easily include them in your day to day diet

I am going to ask you to bake again for me man!!!!!

Gratitude Fellas.

Easy does it.

Dry:


1 Serving Extra Fluffy Complete Pancake Mix (40g)

1/2 Cup Oatmeal (40g)
Dash of Splenda
 (3g)
Dash of Baking Powder
 (3g)
1 Scoop Select SnickerDoodle(30g)
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix Vanilla (8g)
Dash Cinnamon (2g)

Wet:
1 Egg

25g Greek Yogurt

Water to Batter Consistency



Topping:
Dash Cinnamon (2g)

Once you drop the cookies on a pan make sure you sprinkle the extra bit on top to give it that garnish.
 
Out of curiosity, Bob, about how much water do you find to make the consistency you shoot for? I only ask because I am not a chef at all and I think I butchered my last try at cookies partially because I didn't get the right amount of water and thus poor consistency (although it could have just as easily been many other things lol).

Slowly add. Remember you can always add more. it is better to be conservative and I rather you get a thicker batter, then a very runny batter. Or else you will be making snickerdoodle crepes :)
 
I gave a sample to a friend of mine yesterday and he also rated it as his favourite Select flavour toppling snickerdoodle as his previous favourite.
