I'm always excited for any flavoring Josh comes up with because I knew he has a way of making even something I'm not usually a fan of tasting superb. This one however is so versatile and going to be perfect for what I tend to do with mixing and all that good stuff.

I've only used it pre workout but I don't see why the benefits wouldn't be the same. Any particular reason why you're taking it intra??
