lol, I had to cut a pair of pants last night. I went to get a pedicure, rolled up my pants, and couldn't roll it down any more... *big calf problems* ?

What's up with all of the random chicks coming on here just asking about Anavar and crap? No offense to anyone that takes it- it has its place and I have nothing against people taking it. Just curious in the recent boost of newbies that seem to be looking for an "easy" way.....

My friend wants me to try some HCG drops... I don't know about $119 for some drops and colon cleanse....

You may be too young to remember but HCG drops were extremely popular approximately eight years ago. I had a number of female clients who used them. Most had great success while they were following the program but, as soon as they discontinued the drops, and resumed "normal" eating, the weight came back – and it brought along friends.

If I remember correctly, the diet was something like 900 cal a day. And there was always the question as to whether the HCG was bogus. I would say steer clear of this.

Yes, you are correct. It's about 900 cals a day. I wouldn't try because it's just another fad diet to me.
 
I would not at all advise the hCG diet.

I sadly attempted it for about 2 weeks before I knew I had a pituitary tumor that was playing whatever role in my inability to lose weight. Long story short, I was eating 500kcal/day and they tell you not to lift, but I still lifted, and I managed to PR on deads on day 13 and was still going up in weight daily on the scale while only eating that amount (all from chicken breast, broccoli and apple, IIRC).

Absolutely NO reason to do that.

Tats looking good puccah8808. I'm planning on my next one too! I think Im going to start on a 1/2 sleeve on the right arm...just deciding on what to do. I have a medieval dragons head on the delt, and thought about either adding a knight, my family crest which has a knights helmet, or making the dragon look like the center piece on a shield and cover the upper portion of my arm in armor. That way Id have a Japanese warrior on one arm...and an Old English warrior on the other. Thoughts?
