Yay for Thursday! Water intake has been spot on along with nutrition. Unfortunately, my body is in shock from all of the water and holding on to a lot of it. It's not very comfortable at all. Hoping once I hit the week mark on Sunday, I will feel completely different.

Thank you. It use to hurt my feelings but now it's like... ugh, just shut up. I can't change the way I carry myself and honestly, I'm probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. So what, I'm not f'n super girly, I'm too busy doing other things. lol, sometimes I have to stop and tell my brain to stfu so I can figure out what I have to do next (work, gym, school, or maybe gym, work, school. Maybe homework can be done during lunch or I can take a nap. Maybe I can fit in the gym before work or maybe it's better after work).
