I did not have much time to train today, so I needed a quick and effective workout, what could be quicker and more effective than squats ??
Hyperextensions (lower back warm-up)
Squats (1) 95x20 (2) 95x20 (3) 95x20 (4) 95x20 (5) 95x20 = 100 reps all done in about 20 minutes
