The Flexatril has really been a game changer for me after the first 2 or 3 days of the loading dose I started to feel the difference, at about 7 days joint pain and discomfort was 75% gone. I would say now after about 4 weeks of steadily using Flexatril I feel 90% less joint pain and it has allowed me to step my training up to a point that it was 10 years ago. I am slowly adding reps and weight to most of my movements and feeling No Pain. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks will bring. I am growing and feeling GREAT !!
Flexatril is looking like magic for us old iron horses.

I tend to stay away from Flat Benches due to shoulder injuries from years ago, today I did them pain free, I am weak as crap from not doing them but I think I may be ready to build some strength in this movement. Flexatril To The Rescue !!

I have not talk (aka typed) much about my sleep, but it has been very good I am getting used to the deeper sleep, still better when on the Primaforce ZMA, 5-HTP & Phenibut trio than on the off days but I am liking it!!
 
As much as people overlook Flexatril. it is hands down a product that gets nothing but incredible feedback.

Steak and Chicken !!

I figured. I'm so tired of chicken & fish (But that is by far the best way to keep the cals down and hit the protein numbers) plus the wife doesn't like to eat too much beef and she still does most of the cooking. Think I'll grill some steaks this weekend!

I have 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites for breakfast and 1 cup of greek yogurt for breakfast almost every morning.
I will have to pick up some cottage cheese. I'm the only one in the family that will eat it. been a long time.

My daughter got my son-in-law 8 weeks with a personal trainer for Christmas, he was complaining about how much the squats were hurting his knees, so I gave him enough Flexatril to last him 2 weeks, we will see how it treats him. I got a coworker on vacation this week so I need to go in about half an hour early, that's to the added endurance that the Xtend Perform provides, I still got my full workout in working with very little rest between sets.

I was in DC over the weekend and consumed a few more calories than I would have like so I am going to try and keep them low for a few day!!

I have been slacking a little on my log this week, sometimes life just gets busy, but with the Training, Home Improvement Project and 10-14 hour Workdays this week the Primaforce & Scivation line of supplements have been treating me very well. The Xtend Perform really helped me get through my early morning workouts while getting not much sleep and consuming very few calories, the Flexatril has been an amazing savior for my joints. I have been doing a lot of construction work that requires working with my hands above my head and normally this kills my shoulders (the other "old guys" know what I mean) however I have No shoulder pain and I just plain feel Great !!! I have about enough supplement left for another week of this log thanks to The Solution sending me some additional goodies.

You should look into doing Dumbbell 6 way raises for your shoulders. I think you would really enjoy them.

Last night may have been the best sleep of my life, I love the Primaforce Rest and Recovery Stack. My Joints are felling great and Flexatril is a Must Have from here on out. I am training like I did 10 years ago. I just opened a New tub of Scivation Xtend Perform to use in the morning, we will see how I like the Mango!!! It is going to be hard to beat the Black Cherry (Yum)
 
I know one thing.
Mike is working on a new Xtend Perform flavor that he said will be the top seller.
It mixes Orangish but nobody can guess what it is, and he states that nobody will even come close to guessing it.

So I do know that we will see another perform flavor in the future!

If you have not tried Blood Orange Xtend it is the best flavored product we have in xtend IMO
Strawberry Mango shortly behind it.

My weight has been dropping nicely the last few weeks and I still look full in the mirror, I believe the BCAA in the Xtend & Xtend Perform have allowed me to drop weight and still maintain muscle!! Loving this stack !!
