Before my cycle, I did a month of testructuon, great product! Good motivation and sleep! Just the feel good and get go in the mornings made it good for me!

Hey I know you are an expert on the field and that some times good will can deceive you and that is tricky when you just want to 'please' yourself with some nice food and you say '****, why not? Why should I not deserve enjoying this or that'.

Guess where I am trying to go and once again no expert here: but aren't you having too many scoops of this, spoons of that and little to none real whole food? Why don't you just take regular coffee with eggs in the morning, chicken at lunch and a piece of meat for dinner. Nothing else, no other complements, fats or proteins...at least for a while and see what happens? Very high protein, moderate to low fats and very low carbs has proven to give me personally good results so far.

You, my friend, are more of an expert than you think. This is great advice. When I have more time today I will be back here with some more thoughts.

Yeah, 2017 has been a rough start. Not my best months.

Anyway. I am NOT killing this. Life has been kicking me in the balls from every direction. That's how life is for a high roller like me *sarcasm alert*.

I have been super busy trying to turn things around. I just keep thinking of hairygrandpa's video - unbreakable spirit. Nothing I am going through is all that bad, but there is just enough going on all at once that I am just literally trying to keep things going long enough to get to the other side.

At any rate, I have realized that I haven't made this log a priority, it has been hard to find time to update - but simply updating a log holds me accountable and will make other areas easier, so I am going to try to do better.

I had a decent workout on Monday but I don't have that page of my log available right now.

I did back and bi's last night. I was exhausted when I showed up, and it showed, but here is the workout;

Deadlifts
1 x 8 x 315 warm up
1 x 5 x 425 (+1 rep, PR!)

Superset with Hyperextensions
1 x 10 x BW + 90

Pull ups (drop set)
5 x bw + 25
2 x bw

Bent Over Rows
1 x 8 x 175

Superset with Under-Handed Pull Downs:
1 x 5 x 135

Barbell Preacher Curls
1 x 2 x 75

It wasn't the beat workout. 5 x 425 on deads had me thrilled. I REALLY have to credit the BMP for this. In less than a month I have added a solid 20-25 pounds to my deadlift, BUT it may be even more because my back isn't even failing - just my grip. It is hard to explain but when I did the diet, I lost some on my deadlift and then I worked my way back up a little. When I was deadlifting 400 x 5 over the past few months, it was very hard on my body - just a huge strain. And I was stuck around 400 for a long long time. Now, I hit 425 x 5 and it doesn't feel hard at all.

As far as the fat burners - with my crappy diet and the way I gain weight, I would probably be over 200 easy - but I've been steady between 190-188 with a bad diet. I am going to tighten this up though, I promise. I am not sure that I am not losing some fat either. Hard to say with my strength going up. I feel like I have a big gut, but in the right light I can see my flexed abs. I am smooth, it takes good lighting and flexing - but I was 10-15 pounds lighter before when I could see any abs in any light.

Finally - Ammo. I have to say, this is THE supplement for cortisol control.I have never done bloods but - I believe Ammo is very very very strong. Why?

Well, I have extensive experience with 7-Keto DHEA, 11-KT, etc. The first thing I noticed about ammo is that if I took 2 caps before bed (double dose) I had sleep quality that was very similar to when I was using 375 mg of 11-KT before bed (750 mg total per day). This is actually unbelievable. 375 mg is a hefty dose of 11-KT and that is hormonal. Equating 2 caps of ammo with that dose of 11-KT is saying something.

But what I have noticed this week, is that after being under so much stress for so long - I felt sleepy, unmotivated and unable to deal with stress. Small things were making me angry and I had no motivation to even try to fix situations that created the stress. These could be symptoms of cortisol reduction gone too far. So, I have decided to take a break from the Ammo.

I don't see this as a bad reflection on the product at all. It is a unique, chronic high stress situation and the product obviously works and is more powerful than I thought previously. I have e used it before and had good results - but I didn't realize it was this powerful. Without bloods it is hard to prove, but I am suggesting it is as good at cortisol control as 11-KT. 11-KT has some anabolic advantages that Ammo doesn't have - but I wasn't overcoming 400 on the deadlift while on 11-KT either. I'm a.utshell - Ammo is strong and under rated.

Today's diet: 2 cups egg beaters, 4 oz low fat cheese, 2 scoops select protein, a small amount of pasta with 1 meatball. When I say small amount, I mean the 1 meatball covered it. Gonna guess at the pasta and say I am at 1200 calories and about 140 g protein.

Had a leg and shoulder workout tonight:

Thanks guys, I am feeling fine today! I slept a lot. Very tired. But, no flu. I also realized, yesterday was in the 60's and we've had days in the 30's around here. I was in a t-shirt all day and burning up - I have probably been running just a little warmer and not noticing it because it was colder and now we have had some nice weather and it's killing me.

Today's weigh in:

Bodyweight: 186.9 pounds
Bodyfat: 23.2%

Heading back in the right direction. Feeling bad after letting everyone down for the last month...I think I'm getting it straight now though. Keep on me guys! Thanks!

Thanks man. I appreciate it. Everyone here gives me strength, and I appreciate it. My ultimate goal is to pack on as much muscle as possible and be 10% body fat. My realistic starting point now is to get back to 165 and look a little bigger than when I was 165 in November.

Today has been rough. I am not really sure what is going on, I have zero motivation today. I didn't go to the gym, it just wasn't in me. But my diet didn't totally fall apart.

Today, I ate an ostrich stick, 2/3 of a package of the ON cake bites, 1 quest cereal bar, 2 protein donuts I was trying to learn to make, 1 cup egg beaters, 2 oz. Low fat cheese. Totals about 960 calories, about 125 g protein.

The reason for all the junk health food is that my grandmother is in the hospital, has a real sweet tooth, gets fed cinnamon buns, donuts and muffins every day, all day. She eats NO protein and everyone acts shocked she is wasting away. I am trying to find some edible products that she might not realize are healthy/low sugar. So I am trying things to see what is good. My baking skills leave a bit to be desired is about the extent of what I am learning.
 
That's really nice of you, man. Hopefully, whatever your grandma is going through, she'll kick ass.

Thanks man. I appreciate that. She is 90. She hasn't been able to get out of a chair on her own for years. I think she is about to become stuck in a bed. The doctors don't even look at her blood tests, she has spikes and dips in blood glucose when they take blood ...nothing huge, just either just out of range too high after eating and just out of range too low when she wakes up. Strikes me as insulin resistance brought on by sitting in a chair and eating sugar all day.. but the doctors swear there is nothing wrong and she just needs more opiates. And the people in my family responsible for her care keep her on a steady diet of sugar and no protein. They think the drugs and sugar keep her comfortable...I think it is a huge reason she is where she is. What can you do though?

Yes! I learned this today! We will see if she likes him. The quest cereal bars are actually good too. 110 cals and 12 g protein.

Hey guys, I am. Curious if anyone has ever had a negative reaction to KSM-66? Like taking KSM-66 has a paradoxical effect on you where you can't deal with stress and get anxiety, lethargy, etc?

Hope grandma feels better. Look into the keto vidz on youtube. You get healthy fats and proteins and get to eat pizza, hash browns, grilled cheese, etc. She might go for that

Thank you sir. I appreciate it. She is 90 and hasn't taken care of herself...but she is old at any rate and doing the best she can. I don't care so much about her having SOME carbs but she eats NO protein because all she is given is sugar. Her bloods show low protein levels and she is losing muscle fast.

Today's diet was 2 chefs cuts beef sticks, 2 cake bites (hey, they ARE good, what can I say?), one of my protein donuts (not so good...don't want to waste the protein powder though), a small low carb bar, 6 oz. Of chicken and broccoli stir-fry style. About 1 oz of noodles with the stir fry. About 1100 calories and around 110 g protein. I have to get things a little tighter and higher in protein.

Getting back on tracking I'm liking it! It's sad about your grandma, people who aren't into nutrition are actually clueless about the damage not eating well can cause! Good to be back on the grind I bet though!

Yeah, I am. I am at the Arnold with Matt and Rosie. Matt is being way to kind and feeding me too well....And Rosie is an Olympic Eater. There were two Burgers, I started in, turn around and she had demolished hers. She is my hero to be honest. She makes me feel better about my bad eating habits.

But I have no scale. And it is hard to eat well in the car driving 13 hours.

And I am good at making excuses right now.

Not In N Out - Matt brought us to this place with Bison Burgers. I've never had bison. I will be having more.

I THINK Rosie enjoyed her burger, but...I don't really know since I never ACTUALLY saw her eating it. It was there, I took a bit of mine and looked back and she was wiping her mouth with a napkin, no burger I'm site.
