Stack is ordered and should be here Monday or Tuesday of next week. Going to start as soon as it arrives. I've been on a cut for 2 1/2 months. Ive lost 20lbs and have definitely leaned up. Im headed to Cancun in April, so going to run this right up till I leave. When I started my cut I ran Man scorch and Nolverdren Xt for 8 weeks and got pretty decent results. Ive heard great things about this stack and looking forward to running it. Oh and this is not a sponsored log so i will give you guys an brutally honest opinion. Good or bad.
Goals for this stack is to lean up and recomp. I started in the neighborhood of 20% + bf and currently sitting 11-12% est. Id like to be 10 or sub 10% before Cancun.

11-12% bf estimate
Diet is on point. I carb cycle with 2 high days, 2 medium days and a few low days. I consume most all carbs pre and post workout. Low days I try to stay under 30, high days 150 and medium days somewhere in the middle. I adjust my diet depending on the demands of my workout. Heavy lifting days are the higher carb days and lighter days or rest days are low carbs. Rest of macros are filled with fat and protein.

5 day split on weight training
2-3 days hit cardio for 30 min
I plan to dose as advised for the first few weeks, then maybe bump up the Virtus to .75 twice a day.
Ill post noodz tomorrow of when I started my cut and where I am now. Let me know if there is something you would like for me to post in this log. Ill give updates most everyday and let you guys know how this works for me.
