Invictus, Virtus and VII-KT 8 Week Run

Stack is ordered and should be here Monday or Tuesday of next week. Going to start as soon as it arrives. I've been on a cut for 2 1/2 months. Ive lost 20lbs and have definitely leaned up. Im headed to Cancun in April, so going to run this right up till I leave. When I started my cut I ran Man scorch and Nolverdren Xt for 8 weeks and got pretty decent results. Ive heard great things about this stack and looking forward to running it. Oh and this is not a sponsored log so i will give you guys an brutally honest opinion. Good or bad.

Goals for this stack is to lean up and recomp. I started in the neighborhood of 20% + bf and currently sitting 11-12% est. Id like to be 10 or sub 10% before Cancun.

Current stats
6'1"
217lbs
11-12% bf estimate

Diet is on point. I carb cycle with 2 high days, 2 medium days and a few low days. I consume most all carbs pre and post workout. Low days I try to stay under 30, high days 150 and medium days somewhere in the middle. I adjust my diet depending on the demands of my workout. Heavy lifting days are the higher carb days and lighter days or rest days are low carbs. Rest of macros are filled with fat and protein.

5 day split on weight training
2-3 days hit cardio for 30 min

I plan to dose as advised for the first few weeks, then maybe bump up the Virtus to .75 twice a day.

Ill post noodz tomorrow of when I started my cut and where I am now. Let me know if there is something you would like for me to post in this log. Ill give updates most everyday and let you guys know how this works for me.

Thanks man ready for the ride. I read your log and you had killer results. Did you bump the Virtus to .75 twice a day or did you run it all at .5 twice a day. I remembered you were doing the 1ml in the morning at first and switched to .5 twice a day. I just didnt remember if you went up on the Virtus dosage. Thanks

Remember my estrogen was really high from doing a massive cycle of trest. Also used it as an AI with testosterone. Great results you're going to love this I was safe for you depending on what your blood results said keep it at .5 ... its user dependant.

Thanks Hulk. I do remember you coming off a cycle with really high estrogen. I ready to get on this with all the great reviews. Ill run it at .5 twice a day and see how it goes. Might bump it up to .75 on the tail end of the run

I hear you on that. That was left over from the last bulk were I ended up about 250. Feels kinda strange being down this low. I haven't been this low since high school. Definitely miss being able to push alot more weight on the bulk. Low carb and cutting makes me feel like I just started lifting.

Agreed, youre gonna love this stuff. I just ran a Virtus/Invictus log for about 30 days with great results. Bought a few more bottles and now im gonna add in VII-KT for a month or two. Solid products, just watch out for the Virtus. .75ml twice a day will probly effect your libido. I found that .5ml once a day is more than enough.

Thanks I appreciate the heads up about bumping up the dose. I'm going to go with the standard dosing for the first 4 weeks and see how it goes. After that I may bump it or or leave just the same. I don't think the wife would like to much drop in libido.

Not much going on this weekend. Took a rest day today to enjoy the beautiful 80 degree day. Just finished a cheat meal of Whole Hog Cafe. Had a whole smoked chicken and a few beers to wash it down. First beer I've had in months. I almost forgot how good it tatse.

On another note, according to the tracking my Iron Legions stack show be here Tuesday. Looking forward to getting started on this.

Tomorrow is legs, so I can get back to the grind and earn this cheat meal and unbelievably good beer I just drank. Good news is 216lbs on the scale this morning so still headed to ab city I hope. I'll post numbers after tomorrow's workout.

Had a good leg workout Sunday. It felt good to take 2 days off as this is the first time in 3 months I have taken 2 days off in row. Leg workout went good with all the carbs I had Saturday night. I usually wait till after leg day to refuel on carbs, as I run a carb cycle through the week.

Here the highlights
Back Leg Squat
6 sets
warm up set at 135x15
225x10 atg
225x12

leg press on sled
6 sets
dont remember the exact weights but started at 410lbs and went to 720 on the last set for 8 reps

leg extensions 6 sets
started at 90 and ended at 130x8

leg curls for 6 set
started at 80 and ended at 120 for 6

stiff legged deadlifts 6 sets
started out at 225 and ended at 365 x5 (had a hard time holding on to the bar as I forgot my straps)

calves on smith machine 5 sets
stated at 225 and ended with 465x12

Back is tonight, so going to go kill it and abs. Ill post workout in the morning. I wish snail mail would hurry up and deliver this stack. Im going to try and crank up the intensity for this 8 week run and hope to see those abs before Cancun. The top four at starting to show a bit. I probably have another 5-6lbs to lose to have them all. Im currently at 216lbs.

Thanks. Ive been lifting off an on for years and learned what it takes for my body to get the results I desire. Im a firm believer in, You get out what you put it. Ive been know to be kind of an a-hole in the gym.. Its not social hour, or look at me hour. I use my gym time for stress relief, so load the damn bar till I can barley lift it and lets bang some sets out. I want to walk out like i put in some work and earned it that day.

Well looks like my stack might be delayed in shipping now. Looks like the northeast got hammered in a snow storm. So I'll just keep hammering it out till the snail mail truck arrives. Good thing I paid for priority shipping.

Fed ex ? I got a shipment coming in from FedEx is well they have to post that on the website doesn't necessarily mean that the shipping will be delayed. UPS same thing as well as USPS.

What state are you in ? Where is it coming from ? I had a similar occurrence last month when I grabbed my ar1macare and invictus . Tracking said it was IN PA then same morning it was in my box . Sometimes it doesn't scan at the location they just toss it in the truck anyway.
Checked tracking and no updates since Friday.

Well checked the mail when I got home and played a quick game of hide and seek, as all my carriers like to put packages in about 4 different places. No luck tonight. Fixing to head to the gym and kill my back and abs. Hopefully the new years resolution crowd got there 2 reps and social hour in and headed home. I put workout numbers up in the am.

Well I almost made it to the gym when the alarm got tripped at work. 30min drive to find out it was a false alarm and a 30min drive back home. So looks like back and abs tonight. Going to try to make it to the gym earlier, so I might have deal with the New Years resolution crowd. Oh well.

On a side note since a lot of companies are running a holiday sale and Im still waiting on my stack, which shows it should be hear Thursday now. What do you guys think about adding a test booster to this stack? Maybe CEL M-Test or Apha-Max XT? Any opinions?

Woke up this morning and when rolling out of bed I had an instant reminder of what day last night was. Back Day. While most people probably took there lady out to dinner. Being the romantic kinda guy I am, I took her to the gym to kill my back workout. I have to give her some serious credit thou, she is a rock star, as she goes to the gym with me a lot and trains along with me.

Here is the highlight from the back night.

I grabbed a piece of dark chocolate and some cottage cheese and back to bed. Ill post a noodz of my starting point as Im going to start this stack in the am. 8 week train pulling out of the station in the morning.

Thank you, I appreciate it. Im doing limited cardio right now on this cut, so I turn up the volume and intensity on the weight and sets and have been seeing better results in body comp and leaning out.

I have also lost 20kgs in the past 3-4 months and have my last 5-8kgs still to go so hope I can make it too.

What would you say worked the best for tou in terms of solid supps support?

Thanks I appreciate the support. Id say the biggest thing is diet, bar none. Im pretty strict on my diet and carb cycle. My carb amount depends on my workout load and I only consume carbs pre and post workout usually. I do have to say ignit3 combined with some ephedra is helping me the leaner I get. Besides that I just make sure I hit my macros and lift hard and frequently. I recently dropped some cardio and raised the weight and sets and have been seeing better body comp.

You have put in some serious work as well. Its a grind to keep staying on a major cut, but very nice to see the results come. Keep working hard and finish strong.

Thanks mate, tood some time to put my game together since I relocated as an expat due to my work and was not really apying any attention to my health. Would come back from the office tired and stressed and would 'compensate' myself with food. I made my peaces with it now and taken a much different approach. 500+ calories deficit, high protein, mid/low fat and almost no carbs. That has taken me a long way. Still loosing today 0,8 - 1,2 kgs a week but at a lower pace than before.

Thanks for sharing your story too and your support to my case!

The train has officially left the station as of last night. I had a great chest and ab workout last night. My Iron Legions stack showed up yesterday as well, so after my workout and shower, I put on the first dose.

So here's how it went on. After my shower and dried off, I applied. 5ml of the Vll-KT to the tops of both feet. I used a rubber glove and applied alittle at a time while rubbing it in. The invictus and virtus got applied to both inner biceps in the same way. The virtus and invictus dried quickly, while the Vll-KT is more oily and took about 15-20mins to fully dry. The smell is OK as far as I'm concerned. My wife wasn't super fond of it, but definitely didn't kick me out of bed for it. I put this on around 10pm last night and again first thing this morning around 7am. I did apply some lotion on the application sites and hour or so after the application as I'd heard it helps absorption percentage. Pretty easy to apply and the dropper is well marked and easy to use. The consistency of the products are about the same as water, with the exception of the Vll-KT being a tad thicker. So I apply slowly and rub in as I'm going to make sure I don't have waste.

I'll post a starting noodz in the am. Not much different than the last but a tad leaner and I'm 216lbs this am on the scale. I'll also post last nights chest and ab workout here in a bit. Shoulders tonight.

Thanks man. I hope it kick ass. Ive been cranking it out in the gym and trying to finish this 3-4 month cut strong. I hope to see some abs by the end of this run. Really looking for 10%bf.
