Ok this is huge, so my mom has been on Flexatril for roughly 10 days with no loading phase. Her pain and arthritis has been in her knees, since Flexatril there is no pain what so ever! She is blown away on how well it's worked. Another pro that she said has happened since taking Flexatril is that her sleep quality is very good. Not sure if anyone else has had that. Awesome product!

Going to have to look into Flexitril.

Flexatril is a must staple for me. It actually worked better on inflammation then the Motrin 800 mg. I had to keep it at loading phase dose for awhile before I could taper it down to maintenance dose. But, I had bone spurs, tears, arthritis, impingement, bursitis, etc of the shoulder so a lot going on.

yes. it can help the joint mobility from where the pain is occuring. People that have tendonitis in their wrists or knees have found to have relieved pain and stress.
I think Rocket3015 can also vouch for this as well

I have a lot of joint pain in my knee, but ,my shoulder is mainly an impingement, and it helps both !
 
I'm incredibly proud of this supplement because it changes peoples lives. Sadly, it will be forever before it's a big seller as it's not a sexy category. I can promise you I'm not selling it for the money because it's a money pit at this point lol. Which doesn't bother me because seeing feedback like this is all that matters to me. People forget we got involved in this industry to help people. You have to give back at some point and this is absolutely a staple for me long term. My body is a wreck from lots of injuries (over 25 broken bones, been on fire, compound fractures, etc).

That sounds like my shoulder, except mine includes the supraspinatus tendinosis and I don't think I have any real tears. Your post has inspired me to order a couple bottles!

Also Xtend Perform and how it has aided your recovery, performance, endurance.

The Flexatril has been a game changer for my I am doing movements now, I have not done for quite sometime due to joint issues. I am getting more rep with more weight and have no pain. I like it!!

The BCAA's in Xtend Perform make training easier and recovery faster with less DOMS. This is a great stack!

Have you noticed any difference in your cardio? Easier?
Have you noticed less rest between sets or exercises?
Have you tried different intensity techniques (Drop sets, accumulation sets, rest pause sets, static holds, partials) and how have you recovered?

Training with Scivations Xtend & Xtend Perform has added the endurance to allow me to train heavier but still use the higher reps I enjoy. I have not had to add time between sets even though I am completing more reps, my muscle look fuller and fell harder a win win situation!! The great taste of these products is a bonus, the Grape Xtend and Black Cherry Xtend Perform are my two favorites, however I can't wait to try the Blood Orange.

Weight seems to be stubborn. Hows the mirror treating you?

I need to keep my calories under 1900 to loose weight, but I really am very happy with the way I look, my shirts are tighter in the chest and I swear I am looking bigger. My belt is not getting tighter so I am just rolling with a little extra growth. I will try to get a pic this week!!

How much ashwagandha is in flexatril ?? I use currently 8 caps of OL's Essentials Ashwagandha which totals 75mg withanolides. Just trying to figure out how much to subtract to still get a total of 50-75mg withanolides.

I love to squat but I have been having some lower back problems and working with my Chiropractor to resolve them. I will be back in the squat rack soon.

The Flexatril has really been a game changer for me after the first 2 or 3 days of the loading dose I started to feel the difference, at about 7 days joint pain and discomfort was 75% gone. I would say now after about 4 weeks of steadily using Flexatril I feel 90% less joint pain and it has allowed me to step my training up to a point that it was 10 years ago. I am slowly adding reps and weight to most of my movements and feeling No Pain. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks will bring. I am growing and feeling GREAT !!

I was really hungry for pasta, so the wife and I went to Olive Garden for diner tonight, it was so good !!

My endurance has really changed for the better with my new training regiment of Scivations Xtend Perform pre-workout and Scivations Xtend intra workout. At the beginning of this log one of my goals was to loose some bodyfat (and weight), but looking in the mirror I have changed my goal a bit to not caring so much about the body weight, but trying to gain some muscle without gaining fat. Again looking in the mirror I swear I have gained some mass with better definition. I am looking bigger and leaner, the extra BCAA's in these two Scivation products combined with proper timing have made the difference!!
