Got7 delivers again
We definitely wouldn’t say it tastes better than the Bahia Bar, however overall we can confirm that the Rio Crunch is easily another Got7 supplement that delivers. It isn’t as delicious as the brand’s images make it look, but once you bite into it you won’t want to stop. As mentioned earlier, nutrition wise it does sit in between the likes of the Bahia Bar and your typical protein bar. The same can be said for its taste, as it is a bit like a candy bar with its chocolate sweetness and a bit like a protein bar with its somewhat boring wafer center.

Tangerine - Tangerine is almost identical to drinking an orange Hi-C. While the flavoring is improved from the original orange on the Xtend line its amazing how this is different from blood orange. When people think of Tangerine they think of a sweet orange. This flavor is very refreshing. While blood orange offers a tang like flavor this has a rich bold orange flavor that you get from the kids boxed drink. Scivation did a good job on providing great variety even with 2 orange flavors on the line to give a different consumer what they may enjoy. Want a sweeter tasting orange? Rock the Blood orange. If you want a bolder or more refreshing orang look towards Tangerine. Both are phenominal and both are much better then the original orange.

Mixability

With any Scivation product you will find almost no issues. Xtend is known to mix easy and taste great. Just like with any xtend flavor I have used once it hits your shaker, and a few shakes later you are good to go. Hell I can even mix this with a spoon and have no problems. The powder is so fine it mixes easy into any cocktail or beverage honestly.

Overall & Cost

Scivation Xtend is known to be one of the best BCAA’s over the last decade. Not only is it one of the best tasting, it comes in a flavor for everyone. It has been a staple of mine for almost a decade now ever since I started training for High School football and all throughout college. Not only is it affordable you can always find it on sale on any website you purchase your supplements for. You can easily get tubs for around 20$ for 30 servings or even the 90’s for around 40-50$ depending on where you shop. I have seen some crazy deals around the holidays (black Friday) where they were given away free in bundle packs with protein and pre-workouts. Always keep your eye out for great deals on a BCAA that has won numerous awards over the years.

Few companies will use 1500mg of Nitrosigene. At that dose the lead content becomes a real problem with prop 65. Also, it's expensive.

Cookies and bars are dumb. Short expiration date, low margin, take up space and high minimums. No clue why any company would make them at this point. The market is difficult to get shelf presence. must be 13g fiber to come up with 220 kcal (and that fat/pro content)

I dont play the bar game often bros, but these are legitimate. I now realize the pic shltty, if you can't tell this is the "newish" Syntha 6 protein crisp bar

100% Rice Krispie treat taste and texture, plus denser and very much satiating. Rice Krispie treats are one of my all time fav "treats" in life so i would not causally associate the two if I didn't think it was warranted.

This was the vanilla marshmallow and the only flavor i tried, but there is a pb crunch im dying to try based on this one. Also macs are pretty decent. 6F 23C 20P

Very meh at the standard dose, but not too bad at double dose, although that only gives you 15 servings, but why even use it otherwise?

Agree completely with that flavor, it's pretty much a high-protein rice kripsie treat in its entirety. I also really like the peanut butter flavor, chocolate crunch one is alright too.

Launching at $50 a bottle.
You can get it as low as $43 if you purchase at least 6 bottles
Pass on that.... When Genoflex, Flexatril and Joint Support XT are far cheaper and get the job done.

I think it is only available through their international site, the original flavor I am referring to. I've never seen it, could be interesting.

Actually, this has my interest. We know about cissus but not many products besides SNS and iForce have ParActin. I'll be interested to see the supplement panels for amounts.

If Anyone does order the Maple Donut Flavor OH Yeah Bar's. I will kindly trade you for one or two of them. I have some opened protein powders I could baggy up, samples, or other things I have around the house you may find some use out of.

Chocolate Cookie Crunch and Iced Cinnamon are the two standouts. The other two are "meh"...
 
Most bars don't mess me up but the One bars will. But all good, I'll just eat them when I'm alone and the fiancée isn't around
