Yeah, anytime. On or off. A little pinch in the coffee every morning, an extra pinch on days you don't get any red meat, another pinch pre-w/o, but don't take anymore than you really need to get the job done because it works better the less you can take. If you start taking over 20-30mg/d it seems to play out faster, just like nucleotides/NAD or other metabolic enhancers.
