That's great to hear. Lots of comments on sleep quality so far!

Is it total sleep improvement? I.e. feeling asleep easier/faster, less waking up in the middle of the night, deeper sleep, etc.?
I took thebigt advice and take it an hour before bed. I have issues staying asleep normally wake up a ton. Now the past three days wake up once to use bathroom then out till alarm goes off. Wake up feeling more refreshed. Also libido is boosting which is nice since I just finished pct. Got two bottles was only going to run one and save fun for after next cycle but contemplating running it for 8 weeks....

Had to hit chest and arms last night because I have a life group Christmas party tonight.

Bench
135x12x2
185x10
*feet up ->
155x8
175x6

Incline db 30sec rest
50x12,10,8,6

Banded chest press
20lbs per side + blue mini
15 reps 3-1-0 tempo 3 sets

BFR bicep curl and tricep press (machine)

Minor tweak to my SI Wednesday when I was deadlifting. Think I'm genuinely going to move back into a bbing style workout. I don't think I can't ever truly recover my lumbar or build my QL, pelvic floor and glute medius enough to dead and squat heavy without thinking of herniating the two discs that are bulging already. What I may end up doing is stopping deadlifts completely and work on back ext, banded glute medius work and side planks for the next 8-10 weeks then TRY deadlifting again.

Idk, it's a bummer. But, I have a little girl to think about. If I herniated my discs and couldn't play with her... that'd kill me.
I would drop heavy deadlifts and squats. Personal anecdote, almost 3 years ago now I was squatting 305 for reps and I felt a pull. I thought nothing of it, long story short I was in terrible stiff pain for 3 weeks. Was referred to a spine doctor, he let me know I have 2-3mm separations on every disc in my back and advised me to never squat or deadlift again.

I did 5 months of PT, and I was alright. Not great but alright.

Fast forward to this past January, I lifted a box of wine, not a heavy box at all. Boom, re-aggravated my back. I tried to get off the bed, and I couldn't walk. It took 3 days for me to be able to "Waddle" and I saw a PT a week later for 4 more months of intense 4x/week workouts. I wasn't cleared to do anything for the first 3 of those 4 months except lightly run on the elliptical.

Now each morning, and I've been slacking so I need to get back to it, I do modified yoga, foam rolling, specific stretches and 3x/week I run through the same set of exercises I did at PT.

My point in this is that you should absolutely take care of yourself, and there are a lot of ways to build muscle, be healthy and treat your body right. I'm only 25, and I already fooled around too much with not being serious about listening to my body.

So, drop deads and squats. Plenty of other ways to destroy your legs without destroying your back :)

Man, that's scary to think about that kind of injury at your age. Definitely agree it's not worth the risk. If PL was paying your bills, maybe, but as a hobby... no chance

May have my wife convinced to let me do another bbing show

I'm competitive by nature have been my entire life. I can't just lift weights with no goals; it eats at me.

You're right though. I don't receive an Monetary gain from PL or lifting heavy in general.

We'll see, I'm going to thumb through McGills book again and rewrite my training to accommodate the wave of strengthening/volume my lower abdomen, pelvic floor and glute medius is about to endure lol

I hear you. I'm the same way with being competitive. It's what drives me to lift heavier when in reality I truly care far more about aesthetics. Just can't help myself tho ha

Day 26

Urination has increased, again. Noticed it's more foamy as well... I highly doubt I'd "protein leaking" or kidney damage lol I don't think I'm peeing any harder either. Idk, something I noticed

Yes, I drink a lot of water

Anyhow, workout today

BFR leg press 20% 1rm
Sled + 30lbs
25,25,20,20

Super set with KB swings with focus on glute squeeze

10kg x 15 four sets

45 sec rest between super sets

Lying leg curl tempo 3-1-2
55lb x10x4

Before actually working out i went through glute medius banded warm ups with a hip circle. Roughly ~ 15min warm up. Usually roll my calves out before leg workouts, hell even before deadlifts I would.

Be easy fam

You most certainly don't need to swear off them forever, but you absolutely should avoid them atm if they aggravate your discs right now. You must get away from pain sources in order for the spine to desensitize to pain. Then as you detune the pain receptors and strengthen the surrounding muscles and create better patterns, you can introduce those moves again slowly - provided they fit reasonably within your pain-free movement patterns then.

Many people rush the time away from them, and don't do enough bulletproofing before they try to come back. It's easy to do when you're eager.

Focus on what you can do now - sounds like you have a great plan!

Tried 10k cals on a whim yesterday. Started hella late and didn't even come close

But, my pump was out of the world tonight!

I started looking back and I noticed I had more pimples this last three weeks then usual. All in the "T" zone on my face but I usually only get maybe a few pimples every other month. This month I had two near my lips, one on my nose and another close to my eye brows.

Dis what's left 2.5 days.

I'll get my final thoughts up Friday or Saturday!

It's definitely a product you buy again and again.

Glad to see you've enjoyed it. Always sad to see the end of something that's going well (especially when it's natty ;) )

Missed most of your log cause I was in hibernation the last couple of weeks for finals, but glad to see your run went well! I just realized M Test was causing the increased acne for me as well...I don't have a whole bunch, but usually I have 0 and I have been getting a few here and there.

Looking forward to see your final review soon!

FINAL REVIEW

CEL M-Test purported claims
- Improved Lean Muscle & Strength
- Enhanced Power & Endurance
- Decreased Body-Fat
- Increased Sex Drive & Libido
- Improved Sense of Well-Being

With the aforementioned, I would honestly 100% agree. With the 30 day cycle of M-Test I have gained a total of 3.3lbs with very minimal fat accumulation. Also, within the 30 days my libido SKYROCKETED. Desire, erection quality, semen load as well as frequency of having sex (wife asked what I was taking because I've been smashing so often).

Strength has continued to steadily climb. I've been on a linear progression for my main compound movements (until recent back tweak) Although I believe the program + increased calories would correlate to increased strength (causation/correlation); I think the M Test allowed me to regain that strength I once had, quicker.

Regarding the "well-being" aspect.. I'd say it was noticeable. Probably more-so in others then me. Not trying to be arrogant but I'm a confident, outgoing guy in general.

With all that being said, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend CELs "M-Test" as a stand alone or in a post cycle therapy regimen. The only "negative" I could think of, is the minor increase in acne I had.

Thanks again to all that followed and to CEL for providing the product to log.
