Pulls looked really good dawg. I pulled the same way, fairly upright, while I rehabbed my back. That groove, while a bit squatty and makes the hips travel farther ultimately, I found was a really safe way to progress.

Keep playing the patient rehab game - in 6 months you will be better than ever likely.

Disc bulge at L2-3
Disc bulge at L4-5 abutting against nerve root
Stenosis of the spine (common for bodybuilders/powerlifters)

Blessing is, the discs didn't herniate.

After the 1st of the year at some point I'll have another MRI done to see how my progression is with discs.

Rehab, like I mentioned.

Strengthening of my entire pelvic floor, glute medius and core. As well as become a professional in bracing and the Valsalva

Dr McGill has become a regular watch for me lol

What can you do for that?
Per McGill: remove movement patterns that cause pain, replace with movement patterns that don't, as time progresses without experiencing pain the disc sensitivity/inflammation keeps decreasing. Once the discs calm down, more and more activity can be reintroduced.

A fundamental component is learning proper bracing, lifting technique, and figuring out pain stimuli and how to avoid them.

Then make yourself stronger than ever and kick ass at life.

Sleep definitely improved last night. I slept VERY well last night and only woke once.

Woke up with morning wood This could be from numerous things though (amount of liquid I drank before bed a dream or M-Test) I'll try and restrict my water before bed and see if this is a continuous thing. If so, then it has to be the product!

Workouts have been productive. Today especially because of the great sleep last night lol

Anyhow, happy gainz day!

Sleep has definitely improved. Very deep but no dreaming that I can remember. Morning wood has stuck around, although I haven't restricted water like I said I would. I am however confident it's the product.

There is no doubt my sleep improved. My libido seemed to climb but has since flatlined which is ok because it's definitely higher than before I started. I'm consistently horny now which is an improvement.

take 2nd dose about an hour before bed...the sleep benefit kicks in rather quickly, you should be noticing it by now-hopefully taking it a hour before bed will give you good results!!!

Morning wood has been pretty consistent as well as the restful sleep (i still wake up because of my daughter but the sleep I do get, is fantastic. Better then when I wasn't using M TEST). Also, noticed I've been dreaming more, very bizarre and random as well. No complaints because they're actually fun to see lol

Training has been good, no real strength increases out side of the norm with program progression.

Sperm loads are still HUGE

Day 21

I've been relatively lax on my diet. Will track two meals and estimate my other two. Haven't really put on any fat (if so, it's minuscule) but I'm up 6lbs. *Lets keep in mind I upped my cho drastically after coming off keto*

I have for certain gained roughly ~2lb since starting M-TEST. Strength is good, mood is good, sex is great and sleep has improved a significant amount.

thats awesome to hear. I definintely feel you on not seeing much from almost any "booster" type supps. Good ones are few and far between. Makes me excited to try this out myself since everyone seems to be having consistently good results with sleep, libido, and well-being.

Everything has seemed to flat line at the "peak." Which is not a bad thing. I could hang out here for a while lol

Minor tweak to my SI Wednesday when I was deadlifting. Think I'm genuinely going to move back into a bbing style workout. I don't think I can't ever truly recover my lumbar or build my QL, pelvic floor and glute medius enough to dead and squat heavy without thinking of herniating the two discs that are bulging already. What I may end up doing is stopping deadlifts completely and work on back ext, banded glute medius work and side planks for the next 8-10 weeks then TRY deadlifting again.

Idk, it's a bummer. But, I have a little girl to think about. If I herniated my discs and couldn't play with her... that'd kill me.

That's great to hear. Lots of comments on sleep quality so far!

Is it total sleep improvement? I.e. feeling asleep easier/faster, less waking up in the middle of the night, deeper sleep, etc.?
