Thanks bruv.Pulls looked really good dawg. I pulled the same way, fairly upright, while I rehabbed my back. That groove, while a bit squatty and makes the hips travel farther ultimately, I found was a really safe way to progress.
Keep playing the patient rehab game - in 6 months you will be better than ever likely.

I noticed it felt like it took longer to lock out. It's crazy how an injury makes you so hesitant with movements. I think I'm going to give the trap bar a whirl next block (actually, I know I am lol)
What kind of injury are you dealing with?
Disc bulge at L2-3
Disc bulge at L4-5 abutting against nerve root
Stenosis of the spine (common for bodybuilders/powerlifters)
Blessing is, the discs didn't herniate.
After the 1st of the year at some point I'll have another MRI done to see how my progression is with discs.

This could be from numerous things though (amount of liquid I drank before bed a dream or M-Test) I'll try and restrict my water before bed and see if this is a continuous thing. If so, then it has to be the product!

There is no doubt my sleep improved. My libido seemed to climb but has since flatlined which is ok because it's definitely higher than before I started. I'm consistently horny now which is an improvement.
