A little late to the party but in on this.. !
 
Took my first dose of the day at 0600 and by accident, or more like habit, stopped at got my XL coffee from Sheetz. Wow. Still got the tingly face, but not quite as bad, but, when I walked in the door at the station .. I had an immediate colon attack. Nice. Took 1.5 scoops of Modern Pre and hit the gym. Definitely got the sweats like nobody's business! Daddy likes that as well. Workout posted below. Took my 2nd dose around 12:30 and ate an omelette about 20 minutes later. By 1:15...colon attack. Definitely makes you pooh! So far, I can feel the heat from it, and definitely sweat. Upped my water and bcaa intake. Will do first weigh in probably Monday.

I've been really busy getting things in order for my upcoming knee replacement and have been trying to limit threads i sub to...but since it is firetitan AND I am considering this product to help keep fat off while I rehab----here I am!!!!

go for pre-MRI on Wednesday. then ortho surgeon consult then surgery, hopefully right after Christmas....I am leaving the business in my sons hand during winter snow removal months and I have a ton of things to do before then!!!

How longs the recovery? Are ya gonna try Peptides or anything to speed the process up?
