In all honesty, you have made a BIG change in the last couple months. You may have lost about 10 pounds or less, but you look a lot better and the scale is not telling the entire story - and I'm not one of the guys telling people not to pay attention to the scale. I think too many people make excuses and say they are recompiling when they aren't - but you are definitely changing. Keep up the great work!

I have. But its not smart to do it in your normal every shift gear. You sweat so bad in it literally saturates the gear, then you get a structure fire call. And I know its hard to believe, but the sweat in the gear will cause severe steam burs. Sucks. I dont have a spare set anymore. But I will be having a set soon.
And yes, Studhorse is correct, our typical training is hardcore cardio in the gear

I am impartial to those who don't live in Quahog (fyi there are a few good places on spooner street to live, just tharowin that out there). Not saying there isn't size there, but the angle and lighting do effect the overall appearance lmao jk- sh1t I cant even write that without laughing lmao
