^^^^ That!You'll definitely get lean, you only really need to be consistent and hit cardio every day or every other day. With lifting you just need to preserve strengthen/muscle but your on anabolics so that won't be hard. IMO make you're sets light with high volume (15-20+ reps) and exactly like how your doing with 2 sets, you'll develop more muscular endurance and burn extra calories.
15% BF is all I ask for.... and heal my old joints.
