Very interesting. I was lucky enough to still have some of the old version on hand and have been working on finishing it up as I waited on this to come in. I actually had a shake from the OG earlier today after the gym and when the new version hit my doorstep I had to pop it open for comparison.

Let me remind you I absolutely loved the strong mint flavor of the OG. BUT, the new is definitely much smoother and natural tasting. The mint still stays with you after drinking but the white chocolate is so much more pronounced while sipping it down. The consistency was improved a lot as well. The OG I had to work to get the last few clumps out each shake but had no trouble in the new.

Imho this version has the edge and will be much more of a customer pleaser rather than more for the crowd of mint lovers.

Yeah, I'm finding this is getting better the more I drink it. The taste is refreshing and it'll be great for christmas season.
 
Tried WCM last night and can say that I was pleasantly surprised that I love this flavor.

Let me start by saying I dont really care for mint flavored deserts very much. I like a Yorks patty but in small doses because the mint is always too strong and takes over your mouth for a while after you eat it. This preference is why I didnt try it last year because it just seemed like it wouldn't be my thing.

I decided to try it this year even before it was announced the mint was toned down a bit, so please keep in mind I have no point of reference to compare to last years version.

I won't lie, I was a bit nervous when I was making my shake that it would be too strong especially when I first opened the tub and the smell of mint is strong. However, its perfect in the shake. It literally taste exactly like a less minty York peppermint patty. It was delicious. I make my shakes in the blender with ice and cashew milk for reference. I would definitely recommend this flavor to anyone, and especially if someone were on the fence about the strength of the mint, its not overpowering IMHO. Unless you truly hated any taste of mint, i think you will like it.

What I especially love, as I have come to rarely drink a flavor completely solo anymore, and am often mixing flavors and experimenting with ratios to come up with unique tastes, is that this flavor is amazing solo, however, I feel like it has lots of potential to be mixed as well. It would go great with a strait choc or vanilla flavor, a white choc macadamia mix would be awesome, and even with a cookies and creme too. Lots of combos on the horizon and again great solo too. I cannot comment enough that the mint is present, but in no way overpowering.

Job well done guys, I truly enjoy this flavor.

Question for the PES team though, I know Insider is over, but any projection as to when this supply will be gone and no longer available as its limited edition? Just curious if / when to order again before its gone. Thanks

I am glad you like it so much. :)

To give you an idea of the popularity of the insider launch, we doubled last year's total sales before we even got to the last day.

We only have a very small amount of stock left and we don't anticipate lasting past the end of the month.

I can pretty much guarantee that our Black Friday sale will wipe it out.

I tried WCM for the first time last night. Snickerdoodle is my daily go-to (and it's amazing in cottage cheese). I am definitely a fan of WCM. It is a great change of pace. It's very smooth and I swear I got hints of vanilla. Mint is definitely not overpowering, just refreshing.

Glad you like it! Snickerdoodle was my favorite until Frosted Chocolate Cupcake, but it's always good to have variety.
 
mine is and will always be C&C then SD then FCC :)

PBCC is way tooo good too but I prefer the above ones, also cause from a nutritional point of view they are the best in terms of macros :) PBCC has "too much" carbs :P

When we first tried samples of peanut butter cup our company owner messaged me and said "we have incredible flavouring on this. The batch testing shows 4g carbs. Will customers mind that if we have the best tasting chocolate peanut flavour protein on the market?"

We agreed that 99% of people wouldn't care about the 3g or less difference in carbs per serving but knew one day someone would complain.

To date I have had one girl at BodyPower that said she doesn't use it when competing and now you lol.

I am strict when dieting but not that strict lol. :)

So far this has only happened with FedEx. USPS (converted to Parcel Force or Royal Mail once entering the UK) don't seize dairy.

Of course, import duties still apply (their surcharge is lower than FedEx as well) so that is what to watch out for.

We weren't passed details on the pricing yet, but we were told something else very, very exciting that will be coinciding with the sale
