My point exactly you can significantly reduce gyno by you can't quite get rid of it without surgery

Absolutely. A 95% reduction is almost non existent and I would be willing to live with that. Ralox and torem ("new" generation serms are highly effective)
 
How long-term was the gyno in these studies. Very curious

1.5yr from prepubescent gyno (16.4 month) ~ its in the study I linked

Like I said though, empirical evidence (myself) Ralox completely got rid of my AAS induced lumps

No workout today guys. Just got back from Nashville. 3 hour drive each way. And I'm pretty sore from the past couple days and those damn squats.

I'll be back to HST tomorrow with 75% 15x2.

Now back to fat girls and man boobs.

Drop it. Haha I couldn't stand it either. I hated mk. Between looking like I gained 15lb of soft flab and sleeping so hard and having such awful morning lethargy it was miserable. Couldn't even function and saw zero benefits.

Its a nootropic mainly used for memory and brain enhancement. He threw it in for free being a member of AM and I'm a good supporter/buyer of NP.

Dude I looked like I was pregnant earlier. But I did eat a sh1tload last night and this morning. Also, on the way to Nashville earlier, I got so fccking tired after about 30 minutes and had my sister drive. I fell asleep within 5 minutes or so. I'm not lethargic, just easily tired. That might be more related to work than the MK though.

Yeah it won't help. I heard baby aspirin helps for some but I'm gonna try water pills like I mentioned to you a while back.
 
33 is also insanely high to start. Most start at 10 and work up over months.

I couldn't handle 20 tho ha
 
Just got done with 75%1rm 2 sets. 3 things I gotta mention.

1. I just weighed in at 193 lol. Up 10ish pounds now.

2. Tore a chunk out of my finger between a 45 plate and a bar. Sucks.

3. I pinched a nerve in my left elbow or something the other day and it was hurting so I took it easy on presses.

Ill post the workout when I get home.

Holding intra water/sub-q isn't any different though, is it? IIRC, increased GH output (exogenous from HGH or ghrps/ghrh that empty the pituitary completely) all have you holdin water the same; sub q.

Edit: I know a rise in E2 on a AAS cycle is different lol

It's the fact that an ai works through estrogen reduction which is not the issue. Ai's aren't just straight diuretics so they would not be impacting the root cause of the bloat

If someone is sensitive to estrogen, HGH (677, pepetides) can cause bloat. Although, after using either for awhile, your body eventually washes it off.

Anyhow, It could be something else as well, maybe an electrolyte balance as I mentioned earlier. We all know external use of growth increases water retention but maybe tinkering with diet and minerals can help with the bloating as well

Dandelion extract contains potassium too which would help.

Plus Magnesium.

Most of us could benefit from low dose dandelion.
