Why give positive motivation? I thought the cool thing to do on a forum is bash people.it is good that we compliment smith on the strength and physique he has attained thru lots of hard work and dedication.....BUT I have known many big tough guys who were complete jerks...we need to commend smith for not only being a big, strong guy, but also being an all around good guy!!!

Holy crap the great smith_69 is putting in a video for my promo. Cant express my excitement. But just another thing to love about you my friend, built like a granite statue, but willing to help someone in the gym. Although it was probably in her evil achene to get you over there. Anywho, I didn't realize that I didn't switch the view and recorded a dumbbell for a min and 3 seconds.
As I'm thinking about it now it's funny and I am a little pissed but at that moment, I said "huh, that sucks" flipped the view waited 2 min and hit 32 or 33. Original was 43 and my triceps were a little soar from yesterday.
I had no second guessing or wasn't pissed. Just focused to get it done and done right.
There was a woman in the room doing shoulders with db raises and I was watching her. When she was done she looked and said ok what am I doing wrong? So I had another shoulder workout and trained with her and gave her some tips. She's been doing it for the last 2 years and we went over some advanced techniques and a good discussion about working out overall.
If I wouldn't have screwed up the camera view nine of that would have happened. The flow of the conversation and being able to convey my suggestions just flowed.
The rest of the day was great and so was my mood.
I'm working on a routine and some suggestions for mmorso, helped 2 of my friends buy a timeshare here in Aruba, my boss is on vacation next week and was overlooking what's ahead and working on something else that is important.
Not one bit of stress, streamlining through all of it and I'm on vacation sitting next to the pool.
