About two weeks down on Orig1n. Had a week from hell.... Crazy work schedule, break up with girlfriend of 4 years, minimal sleep, and an unintentional significant caloric deficit.... Yet somehow, every workout has resulted in either a PR, or has been very, very close to setting one. Can't ask for much worse conditions, but I am very happy with Orig1n.
Break ups are always tough bro but if it's definitely over then use that extra free time to spoil yourself with tons of food and workouts,you'll soon have some new hottie with all those new gains!!

My answer, whilst a little flippant, did indicate how difficult it can be to answer some questions definitively.

Either product could be beneficial during a recomp; both will tend to have "immediate" benefits and "long term" benefits. Recomping as a natty, for me, is a looong gradual process. Short term results tend to be subtle. At this stage I personally don't see either product being universally better than the other (for a recomp)...it will ultimately come down to personal experimentation.

Im sure you are familiar with most of the ingredients in TR1UMPH. Both products will help with training/body comp in different ways. Due to this, Id be inclined to run both. But, either/or? I'd try OR1GIN if you want something new to test (we're all familiar with PA/creatine/etc).
Thanks. I appreciate it. I guess my question wasn't to the point as I was just hoping for what others prefer. I may give both a go after my cut.

Apologies Uncle Danes. I've been a bit short the past week or so with lack of stims. Plus I'm on a cut and can't jump in a bag of candy and eat my way out.

Vague/noob questions are probably aggravating to deal with. I try to keep them to a minimum.

With Berberine direct inhibition of carbohydrate digestive enzymes appears to be not overly strong but still present. Prolonged treatment of Berberine causes a reduction in synthesis of the enzymes that mediate sugar absorption (lactose, sucrose, and maltose) with possible inhibition of the enzyme mediating starch absorption.
And thats not even getting its double whammy effect of suppressing muscle protein synthesis.

If you are currently in a calorie deficit, then ignit3 will be a great addition to Orig1n. There have been a few users (not affiliated), who are dropping weight and gaining strength using the combo.

It works well for me especially the appetite suppression.

Thanks for the response. I was especially interested if there was anything in Ignite that would interfere with nutrient absorption, as discussed with berberine.

Nah, berberine is a really unique compound. Nothing in ignit3 will notably prevent absorption of any nutrients

Sorry to har about the bad news...It looks like Orig1n is preventing you from falling into pieces at least...

I haven't started mine yet as I'm halfway through a Follidrone 2.0 run,has anyone experienced lean mass gains on or1gin and/or improved body composition?

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. That is one hell of a review, though. Stay strong brother. You're at the Or1gin of a new beginning. :D

I'm not bulking per se, but I've been eating pretty bad lately but at or slightly above maintenance yet getting leaner by the day. Weight has gone back up a few pounds but I'm def leaner than I was.
I am dropping weight like a mofo but am still full.
I think I saw at least one other post in this thread indicating improved body comp. Pretty impressive given how early most are in their Or1gin runs.

Amazingly, my sleep improved big time with zero daytime sleepiness, unlike with MK.
Agreed. Sleep is improved dramatically since starting Orig1n. My new anabolic/anti-catabolic matrix right now is Orig1n, BMP, and Hydra Six Head.

During breakfast and lunch dosing I'm fine but at night it's unbelievable!!!

Nothing else noticed apart from the improved digestion(?)/toilet situation.

On day 4-5 and experiencing no increased hunger at all, actually the opposite haha probably because I am stressed at the moment but I swear or1gin is elevating my mood

Has anybody run or1gin on a keto diet? If not is someone willing to? I personally can't run any supplements for another 3-4 weeks due to a recent intestinal surgery

Im starving right before bed most of all even after my last meal, but have an increase in appetite throughout the day.

I'm not. I'm almost 30 days in and honestly, I don't think I've noticed anything except reduced fecal volume.

For me the night hunger is more intense when my dinner is more protein oriented (min fats & carbs) but when I have more carbs I don't feel that much hungry.

I'm 2 weeks in and no tingling lol

For me it's not so much "oh my God I'm starving," but "I just had seconds and I'm not full/bloated at all," which is pretty much the same feeling I had with another gentian containing product.

Anyone else experiencing increased joint pain? Also, I have seen a few people post about the fact that they have found that they seem to have less strength and endurance during sets. I have also found this to be the case with myself. This is definitely not a supplement that is beneficial to take within a few hours of your workout. On the other hand, I have enjoyed the increased full feeling/pump that I can attribute to Or1gin... unfortunately it is not the kind that has increased my performance. Also experiencing a bit of dry mouth and a somewhat anxious feeling. I am into week three.
Could you elaborate on your style of training? There's mixed feedback about maximal strength and joint health so I'm just trying to compare the anecdotal feedback I've seen.

Unfortunately? Never confuse effectiveness with side effects. You're getting all the good without any bad ;)

Yesterday morning is when I first felt the tingling in my hands. At first I attributed it to how I slept but then it wouldn't go away even an hour after waking up and walking around. I have never done a GH product before so I'm not 100% it was Origin but I really can't think of anything else that can cause that and I'm using supps with effects I already have experienced Origin is the only new thing I've added. I was one of the people that reported strength decrease but I think it is coming back I hit 355 today on flat bench after letting 345 fall on my chest 2 weeks ago. One thing to note is that today I trained fasted so I didn't take Origin before just CU. The times I have failed and felt the strength loss I had taken Origin with breakfast a couple hours before working out. Another thing I will say is that I'm not 100% sure the decrease was all Origin because I only felt it on my chest and shoulder days my squat is normal maybe even a bit stronger since I hit 315 for 5 the other which is big for me.

Additional feedback from my buddy who is 1.5 weeks in and he just hit a 405lb deadlift which is a PR for him and he was hungover as **** even though he only had a few beers lasthe night I believe he said 4 so he had some cabs in in.

Thanks for the continued feedback, gentlemen. I can not fathom how it would cause any acute strength loss or gain. If anything, one should see long-term strength gains thanks to improved recovery and ribosome biogenesis. It's always intriguing how different ingredients affect individuals in different ways. If it appears to, for whatever reason, have an acute effect on strength, I would try to space my dose that's before my workout as far away as possible, however; this is a supplement that shouldn't have dramatic, acute performance effects.

Outside of improved digestion and sleep, it should offer longer-term benefits...the kind where you look in the mirror one day after 8 weeks and say "whoa, I look different/(better)!"...the kind where, after a month or so on it, you get a PR out-of-nowhere that you weren't expecting. These are the long-term effects I am personally hoping for. Based on the science and the rather impressive short-term feedback we've been seeing, I would keep the faith and stick with it. I have a feeling this is going to be a huge hit once people start getting into their second and third months, (not that it needs to be taken that long to observe benefits, but just that this is when it will really start to shine, imo).

I THINK I got bigger during my mini cut lol(Orig1nate those FN gains & Ignit3 that fat) but there's so much talk about the tingly fingers, let's not forget about the ribosome biogenesis which may be the star of the show.

Been using Orig1n for 1 week. No hunger increase, which is good becouse I try to cut some fat before christmas holidays.

Things I have noticed:

Libido is up big time, I feel horny all the time.

Slight increase in mood and positive thinking, even though things are a bit complicated in life right now.

My sleep seem to be better, I get sleepy at night, I have some anxiety and insomnia issues, so this is cool.

I seem to have better digesting. Not at all as bloated or uncomfortable in my stomach.

To put it simply; my training style is about 10-12 reps on most occasions (major lifts) and a bit higher reps on days to add strength or when doing isolation work of course. Have had detriments in all departments. I too have noticed less of this effect by taking my first dose post workout. I know OL says this is impossible but there is no doubt that my abdomen is more bloated since starting Or1gin despite the fact that digestion seems improved. I also mis-calculated and I am beginning week 4 for what it is worth.

Maybe this one is just a hit or a miss like many other supplements. Kinda pissed now that I have 2 more on the way (sometime). I will stick this out for at least two more weeks though...
How long u been running origin?

Thanks for your feedback. Sometimes a specific supplement just can't enhance your training/diet. I'm sure you can sell them pretty quick.

Just trying to help the community u know
, lol plus he seem upset.
but yes i was thinking about the training part and there is tons of factors for someone to get weaker like
elike taking a break or Deload awful sleep etc.
my buddy keep getting stronger and more vascular/pump.
me on the other hand still keeping my strength from the ph run keeping my weight after cycle and looking full still 11 days into pct.
