EvoMuse BMP Writeup (UPDATED)

Little update:

1) In one month, I haven't gained a single pound with 5-6 day/week training and eating 500 calories above maintenance (I guess this means it's time to increase cals).

2) Lifts are going up, but I don't know if I attribute this to BMP or do the increased cals/carbs.

3) I've noticed it really helps with carby meals -kinda like a GDA but better. I can eat 120 grams of potato carbs and not feel AS bloated as I would without the BMP.

4) Maybe I'll post pics, and it could just be the new training or what have you, but the shape of my muscles are changing. Shoulders are more capped, chest is fuller. I've been waking up each morning and everything is nice and tight.

Observations:

This would perfect in PCT for anyone and this could be used in conjunction with other growth factors (GDF-11, MGF). I've been thinking about trying this out with microdosed MGF, but we'll see. MGF isn't really anabolic and is more of a healing peptide. ArA would be nice, but I'd rather look into increasing endogenous prostaglandins by other means (maybe enzyme inhibition).
 
It's so weird that everyone has been experiencing clumping issues with their powdered BMP, and I haven't. Both bags i ordered are still in the form of fine powder, and zero clumps.

The second bag I opened by mistake thinking the scoop was in there and now the clumps are ridiculous.

Nothing new to report. My calories are now between 3100 and 3200 and I'm finally inching up on the scale. This is a lot for me considering I'm only 172lbs.

Fat - 85-90
Carbs - 420-440
Protein - 140-160

Waist is still 33inches (this is good for me considering every time I attempt to bulk I go up to 35-36 inches).

Carb tolerance is still the same. I can eat the equivalent of 168 grams of oatmeal and not feel bloated -where as before I'd be somewhat sluggish.

The only factor that I will changing is post workout glutamine + alanine before my post workout meal. I usually take BMP pre-workout, HBCD + Pepto intra and then wait 30-60 minutes to eat a full meal (usually quinoa and some sort of meat). Now I'll be taking in glutamine + alanine directly post workout to see if this changes anything (probably not -but what the hell, it's worth a try).

This is way too much and I wish I could condense this, but such is life.
 
Oh and I forgot to add that I've added Tianeptine to my daily supplement regimen.

So far, I highly recommend it as a mood booster, social anxiety alleviator, dopamine booster.
 
A question on some of the things to avoid while on BMP, namely vitamin E... I'm not well versed on all the forms. The following are in my superfood powder and astaxanthin supplement: d-alpha tocopherol and alpha tocopherol acetate, are these okay? Should I space taking these away from BMP? Thank you.

3) Any allergens warning specific to BMP (I.e not peanuts, wheat, etc.). And is it hunky dory for females?

I dose 1 cap 3 times daily, i do 1 am 1 afternoon 1 pm ive ran it for 12weeks before with no problems, and i have a very very weak stomach(Had mild chrons its subsided a bit) so i can attest to it being fairly easy on the body.

There's a 6-7lb difference. BMP was added in 2 weeks after the first pic.

1). I asked the same question on the FB page. BMP can be run indefinitely, no need to cycle
2.) 1 Scoop = 1 serving. Take 1 serving 1hr pre workout, 1 serving around >/=8 hrs later (or before). For example, I take a scoop when I wake up around 5am and then 1 scoop pre workout around 4:30pm

dsade how would BMP work on a keto diet? Anyone else with experience, please chime in.

As far as dosing goes, 2 or 3 servings per day? And does it need to be taken with a meal or any particular macronutrient? I do IF until 4 and will change that if I need to but if not I'd like to keep doing what I have been

I dose 3x daily. I take it with my BRITE so if food does help absorb it the BRITE fatty acids will do just that.
 
Twice a day is sufficient, more is good if you can afford it.
 
Note: My experience is an outlier, as most are fine with the taste
I'm horrible at handling most tastes of any powdered ingredients. With that said, BMP wasn't an exception. I dumped a scoop in my mouth with some water and immediately gagged. I mixed it with some green tea to hopefully mask it

It tastes great in green tea. Adds a slight herbal taste but I really like it

I don't hate the taste but it kinda makes my tongue numb afterwards for a short time. Good suggestion though, I'm going to try it in green tea!

I have a local clinic that does bone mineral density scans. Would this be relevant to BMP? If so may do a before and after. Although this may be hard since iv been on bmp for a while. Cant wait till brite testruction and ammo come in will be a killer combo :D

Yep. Tried this today thanks to your suggestion and it was barely noticeable to me. Fantastic way to take it.
 
Are you guys drinking hot tea? BMP doesn't seem to mix in cold water.

I drink Arizona 0 cal green tea with ginseng. I drink it cold, and yeah there seems to be bits and pieces of the BMP that don't dissolve so I chug the first 8oz and then put some more in which seems to take care of the rest of the BMP. Or I'll use the same shaker to mix my preworkout without rinsing it first and I usually get the same result.
 
I've been chasing it with cold green tea. If I dump the spoon far enough in the back of my throat I can usually chug most of it down and follow up some more liquid to wash it down. It's terrible when I miss and it sticks to the roof of my mouth though.
 
Did my first workout today on: Brite, BMP, BigDose AlphaBurn, Dcp. Sucked down 2 squirts of Brite. Put BMP in my pre wo - disgusting but who cares - and drank it down with 2 Dcp and 1 AB.
FREAKIEST workout I had in a long time - sweating buckets while feeling cooold!
HOWEVER -pushed weights and reps like crazeeeeee - I literally doubled my reps on my heavy compound movements - insane.
If this keeps up, I'm gonna be lookin goooood much sooner than hoped for!

I just mix my BMP into my preworkout, it's not great tasting, but not horrible either. The other dose I just place in a glass, add a bit of water, and chug it down, quickly chasing with more water. I don't find it bad at all when it's in fine powder form, it's the clumped up version I've had that is pretty awful to take. When it's in lumps it tends to stick to the roof of your mouth and in your teeth pretty badly, which totally leads to some serious gags, and it's pretty hard to gauge how much to take in the clumped up version as well, as the chunks are lighter than an equivalent volume of fine powder.

Dsade, are you going to be bringing in more of the powder? I just went to place an order for 3 packets, and saw that there is only 1 left for sale.
