Oh, kinda funny but yesterday a couple hours prior, I took my BP and was the normal 123/81. Today it was 133/72.
My wife and I are very open about what is in my supps, she even keeps an eye on my nips during cycle lol.
I also keep in good touch with my PCP so even though she (the doc) isn't happy about it we still keep an eye on my health.
You'd be surprised how many pink elephants I can deadlift on PCP.You're taking PCP? I know that people that are tripping on acid seem to be stupid strong but I never really thought about it as a weight lifting supplement.![]()
My wife knows what I'm taking too. I figure according to the Bible, my body is hers and therefore she should know what's going in it. Not always 100% on board, but she doesn't mind the results, I'll say that.My wife and I are very open about what is in my supps, she even keeps an eye on my nips during cycle lol.

Week 2 Update
Faster recovery (5/5)
I have had 2 different tweaks in the past week (mid-back/neck and wrist). In both cases I have returned to normal far quicker than I would have in the past. Prescription anti-inflammatory = good, epidrone = better.
Increase in strength (5/5)
Stronger. Every. Day. If I'm not upping weights, I'm upping reps.
Body comp (noticeable fat loss or increase in muscle mass) (5/5)
Still amazed. I'm down 0.6 this week and 4.2 in the full 2 weeks. Even at 0.6, the pinch test is quite different. Definitely putting on muscle weight alongside dropping the fat. NEVER had results this fast in my life.
Endurance (4/5)
Cardio and circuit recovery during breaks is definitely up. Cardio, I'm blasting through at the same heart rate but feeling like it's no big deal anymore. Still gasping, but not so bad I'm worried I won't get enough air anymore. Did I mention that I don't know when to stop pushing myself?
Weight days I'm recovering fast enough that I'm more ready for the next set. The effect cascades all the way through. Which means I'm getting the same work in less time and adding sets/upping weights to keep the intensity up. 90% of my best still but from day 1, this is a world of difference!
Mood (3/5)
Steadily improving. I may even be enjoyable to be around after this cycle!
Libido (3/5)
Subtle increase this week. But honestly this has been flat lined for months. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is my libido.
Overall, I feel like this week I've been ramping up to full steam on Epidrone. I think week 3 is going to knock it out of the park, although I'm already insanely pleased with the results in 2 short weeks!

You're log is really a great read, very well articulated with an enjoyable presentation. You said you were self employed... What do you do if you don't mind me asking?

Nothing wrong with slipping on some yoga pants once in awhile, sometimes a guy just wants to feel sexyThank you sir! It's a first for me, so I'm learning as I go.
I'm a contract CTO/technical advisor for small business and startups and I own a software development firm. On the side, I help my wife and kids run their business selling women's clothes. At least I don't wear em, tho.

I think I just un-subbed from this thread......

But Im a firm believer in taking pictures and sharing it with your AM buddies. Thats your next picture habajaba

Nice. You know what's really sick about that... The main product is leggings. Which turn out to be basically yoga pants as far as I can tell. I did try to put a pair on once so we could find a rip. Unfortunately, I didn't fit in them, which means I must be sized "tall and curvy". That's enough body shaming for me, sir! I'm going back to my American Eagle 36's that are so loose they're falling off. At least that makes me feel like I'm making progress!
You're a sick sick man FireTitan. Did give me a chuckle though. Maybe Chuck Diesel needs another Procycle for Yoga Pants thread for you all to duke it out and see who gets the most votes.
Can I unsub from my own?![]()
I love my AE jeans, only think with a 31" waist my fat ass can fit in to...
I can get it pretty small I was like 26-27" around on stage
Dang, I haven't even seen 31 since about 9th grade. Even when I graduated and went to boot camp, i was 5'10" 175lbs with a 34" waist and had a 6 pack I could hide rolls of coins in. But, like ai said before, my frame is a bit big.
You got them birthing hips. :hump:
Maybe You just got child bearing hips![]()
Great minds eh?You got them birthing hips. :hump:
Wow, simultaneously burned me. Nice
Great minds eh?
May be overstated at this point but damn, man....I applaud your diligent note taking skills. Beautifully done log!

This is how you continue to get logging opportunities fellas: you keep the big man happy!

I'll do side bends or sit ups, but I won't lose my butt lolHa! So you're in Sir Mix a Lot's crew?
Kind of awesome that Epidrone isn't making cardio worse, I want to run it in prep but was worried it'd make cardio feel like hell.Today's quick cardio update. Not to sidetrack from all the other important chatter in here... I'm still waiting for the plateau in cardio. Every day I'm pushing harder and my HR is going down. I'll be honest, I hate cardio. I really do. Runners, I love you guys but I do not understand your world at all. That said, I actually looked forward to working out today. And I felt amazing throughout.
I know Epidrone isn't targeted at cardio performance, but I'm seeing as much gain here as my lift days.
What's the saying down here? I'm happier than a puppy with two peters.
I'm coming for that 31" currently rocking a 33" but I'm coming for it haha

Hey bro, I'm with you. Fricken' genetics! I'm more of an H than a V shape at best. But we work with what we got, eh?
I wore husky pants as a kid and was always the fat kid... Didn't lose weight until I was 18 and out of school. Then it was just from going out drinking and not actually eating much. So I wasn't exactly tone even though I lost the weight. Then it came right back on as soon as I got engaged. And I packed it on like crazy, as you can see with my original pic.
All that said, it doesn't matter much what I do, I'd probably be a 32 if I was crazy cut. As it is, I'm just trying to reach "flat" before I can go for cut. I did wear 33's once prior to my surgery and subsequent accident. And I was about as close as you could get to flat.
Thank you sir. And again, thank you for the opportunity! I'm fully enjoying the ride. Glad my first shot was with a legit product/company.
Feel free to send me free products, everyone! :sly:
