Habajaba's first drone strike w/BPS Epidrone

My order just arrived! Going to start at 4pm and get my wife to take before pics tonight when she gets home.
 
Alpha's right about epi being dry (low risk of E sides)and wanting to do a full 8 week run. Personally I would do a SERM after a hormonal cycle just to ensure E doesn't kick up and T returns to normal. I'm sure a thorough otc PCT (Trojan or Sup3r PCT) will do a lot in your favor but I like to err on the side of caution.
In your opinion then, Endosurge Turbo wouldn't be enough of a PCT on its own?

lifted67 doesn't like to take ANY chances man. I would say the Endosurge Turbo and Sustain Alpha would be ok, but hes is thinking heavier, like the SERM. Now I will say this, he is more experienced than I am, and far more intelligent so Id wait for him to explain.
 
Here's the deal, Andros, while non methylated, can still play havoc on the body. I believe in doing an OTC and a PCT whenever you're playing with hormones. Epi is very mild, however, for like $20 you can get a decent OCT that'll help safe guard your body. For $35-$45 you can get a thorough PCT that'll help cover estrogen rebound, cortisol, liver health, and heart health. So at the very least run a multi benefit PCT and some type of test boost to help your body get back to normal. SERM is truly up to you.

OK, that makes sense. I am taking Cycle Assist for OCT... Looks like I might need to add something into the mix with Endosurge Turbo for PCT if I want to err on the more cautious side. Which, I would... :-)

There is absolutely NO reason you shouldn't be proud of yourself, and walk that way too! Dude!! That's brutal! Keep your diet right, and Im with Alpha1agreda, Epidrone is gonna help you smash it even more! Now, here's the bad, Im a little upset at the fact you teased us with the slightest bit of beard in the pic! Im so jealous of a beard it's sickening! Show that thing off too!
 
I'm officially 1 day in now, as I took my 3rd dose this morning. Sleep felt a little deeper when I was asleep, but also had weird dreams and was a bit restless. Feeling pretty good so far, although I'm pretty sure nothing much is happening yet. Getting used to downing a ton of pills, though. Cycle Assist, Epidrone, Fish Oil, Multi, and Shred. I'm an herb burping machine.
 
I will also say that fluorescent light is brutal. I swear when I flex in front of the mirror, I'm #1 not nearly as fat looking and #2 way more jacked. :-)

You're going to make awesome progress, keep your diet simple but allow yourself a cheat once in awhile.
 
Not going to lie. Yesterday was a family celebration as our business finally became profitable and my mom beat cancer! That said, we went to the insanely expensive and decadent Bern's Steakhouse for dinner. I split a porterhouse with my son. There was also baked potatoes, wine, and dessert involved. So I didn't bother logging my food. Safe to say, it didn't hit my macros :-).
 
I've felt a bit weak and less motivated for the past week. I think it's a mix of reducing my calories and starting Shred. I'm still getting it all done. But it's been more of a struggle and certainly no PRs. Yesterday I felt better and today I almost felt normal. Willing to bet my body has adjusted to calories and Shred and Epidrone is starting to sink in. Even with my cheat last night, I'm looking forward to weigh in Sunday. I can feel changes happening!

I was going to write up more detail when I'm at a computer. Epidrone is wake up, 4pm, bedtime. Shred is wake up and 3-4pm.

Strong believer in a cheat meal. At my most effective times, I drop in cheat meals. Really cuts down on cravings and willpower issues. Plus, at least for me, my body seems to reject that meal, if you know what I mean. So I think it doesn't even fully absorb. I believe the key is to make it rare enough that your body goes "what is this garbage?" and just releases it back into the wild.

The Shred? The problem I ran into was that I typically use Bronkaid + 200mg caffeine PWO, but even 3 hours after my 3 Shred, I was feeling stimmed out during my workout. Cutting out the caffeine helped that issue. Maybe I should try moving my morning Shred dose to PWO and replacing the Bronkaid with it. I was just concerned that then my 2nd Shred dose would be too close to the first since I work out around 1-2 pm normally and gotta take the 2nd dose far enough away from bedtime...

Interesting... I hadn't seen anyone suggest that before... Honestly I was trying to adhere to the bottle's recommendation to space out my doses as equally as possible. Tomorrow is cardio, so I'll probably wait to try this until Friday. Assuming it's not going to be as important for cardo...

So if I dose 2 or 3 PWO... Then... Would you still take 1 in the a.m. and 1 p.m.? Or just the PWO dose? Remember I've never played with prohormones, so I'm a little blind...

Nah it's all good bro when j ran it I ran it between 750-1000 so dose was a lot higher but if I where to run epidrone id probably do 3 preworkout and 1 later in the day but try it with 2 pwo and one later
 
Just ran through your log so far in on this i workout from home as well my wife and i have 2 little sons so we dont have time for the gym i won a raffle for epidrone just waiting for it to come in so i can start should be any day now good luck and god bless brotha

Thanks and welcome! My wife and I both used to work out together when we started Power90, then P90X and Insanity (see the 275lb "before" pic). Long story short, we were in a car accident about 4.5 yrs ago and we all quit working out. I felt like crap for a few years before I decided I didn't have to be on drugs and deal with the pain if I just got off my butt and got over the pain and built up strength in my back. So I'm back at it for about a year now. Briefly last year we had family work outs because our kids are home schooled (yeah, total weirdos, I know) and I thought it was a good idea... Apparently I demand too much :-).

We found a card game for workouts at the homeschool convention this year... The kids thought it was cool, but I haven't seen them use it yet. I might have to goad them into it :-). It's called PlayOut (Invalid Link Removed)

I'mma try 2 + 1 on Friday. I'll just skip the morning dose and double up PWO. Since I've never run a PH before, I'm just a little more cautious. Just don't wanna be peein' blood or anything from doing something stupid :-).

My wife and i are thinking about home schooling are kids also and when my logs up i will let u know
 
I also bother with lower back issues my l5 has about 20% left according to my chiropractor for the last 3 months ive been pain free from my inversion table and dead lifting maybe something to lookj into

I have an epidural scheduled for between my L5 and S1 for next Friday. Basically, I have whiplash in my neck and bulges/tears causing sciatica down low. The bulges don't push too far out, so they call it minor... The tears, if aggravated are horrible tho. Last time it leaked. Nasty. If I let any of it get too bad, then it turns into spasms and I have to get trigger point injections.

I manage with a daily hot tub soak post workout, massage chair a few times a week, ice packs in bed, inversion table and prescription anti inflammatory and muscle relaxer. Love the inversion table!

I've never tried dead lifting. For some reason, I've always assumed that would be more likely to aggravate the back. Will have to check that out!

Keep it light wear a brace it will help i was so scared to try it but its been helping alot
 
3 full days in now. Today was cardio. I finally felt 100% for the first time in over a week. The Epidrone is clearly taking effect. It has been very smooth and gradual. Every day a little stronger and a little more endurance. Tomorrow, I'll be trying 2 PWO. We'll see if that spikes things at all. No major visible changes yet, but we have another 7.5 weeks yet. :-)
 
I was homeschooled and I Loved it
I hope my kids will grow up to say the same! I wish I had been. It took a few years for my wife to warm up to it. After all, it's all on her. But after switching from traditional to a couple years in a half homeschool school, we made the full switch.

It's truly amazing to realize how much time is wasted in traditional school. Not to mention all the homework given to kids these days. Our daughter came home breaking down crying over all the homework... In SECOND GRADE! We were also running them to/from school, sports, etc and pretty much only had time to eat real fast together most nights. There is no margin in life anymore.

We've recouped that time and use it to spend time together and/or focusing on things the kids are interested in. We also started a business this year with them. What better way to learn life skills than to run a business!
 
Today was solid. Have to admit I still only felt 80%. I feel plenty strong, but am getting winded way easier than normal. All in all, netting about a normal workout as far as weight and reps. I really think the cause is limited calories+Shred. I run out of Shred Monday... So we should know soon enough.

If I were to try 3 Epidrone PWO, is that all I should take the entire day?

Like I say, I think it's the Shred, but I'm quite tolerant, so I might need to juice the Epidrone more than others.

Anyone care to share thoughts?
 
Try the 3 pwo and check how u feel through the day if you want try that two or 3 days before upping the dosage
 
If it were me I'd try to dosing em out frequently throughout the day. Constant andro supply to the bloodstream over the day. That's my reasoning anyways.

Today was cardio. Have to say I felt 110% today. Really pushed it hard to finish the week strong. As long as I keep trending in the right direction, I'm happy. Just hope my strength days get back on track next week like cardio finally has. Regardless of how I feel on the inside, I'm seeing positive changes on the outside.

I've been taking BronkAid with my PWO just like before I started Epidrone. Are you saying I should stop that?

My HR has stayed normal, but I don't have a BP cuff to check that. Do you think that's what's causing my struggles?
