Habajaba's first drone strike w/BPS Epidrone

Do you feel flushed or light headed when you start working out?
 
Nope. I feel totally normal in that area. Just winded easier when I really start slinging the weight.
 
Hmm... Well if you're not getting adverse effects I used to take my epi 1 pill in morning, 2 preworkout, and 1 final pill about 4-6 hours later

Cool. I think I'm going to let my Shred run out tomorrow, then see how I feel lifting Weds. I think even though I don't feel stimmed out, that Shred is the cause. If Weds is more of the same, I'll up the Epi. Might try and grab a BP cuff in the meantime as well. I generally have a low BP anyway, tho.
 
Off day today, but I wanted to report my weigh in. I actually weighed in yesterday. But wanted to confirm it today, because I was a bit in disbelief. Same exact weight this morning as yesterday. 211.6. That's 3.8lb down this week after dropping 3.8lb last week as well. The single digits are now within reach!
 
Officially a week in now... Today was weight day and I felt 95%. That said, I actually felt stronger than normal, but still just a little more winded than usual. Just took my last dose of Shred, so we'll see Wednesday if that was it. Felt great on the stuff and the numbers are legit, but it might have been fighting against me a little on this Epidrone run.

The good folks at BPS did ask for a scoring of a few key factors. I will post the scores after each week so I have some useful comments and give the product enough time to do it's thing in between.

Here are the categories, along with my rating 1-5.
Faster recovery (unrated)
I rarely have DOMS anymore due to the anti inflammatory that I'm on, so this one is hard to judge. I will say I did have some slight issues with my calves right before coming on and that cleared up on day 2. I'm going to leave this one out of future updates since it's too hard to score fairly.

Increase in strength (5/5)
This one is definitely there. Even in my struggles this week, I do feel stronger. Lifting my max weight, even though I'm a bit winded. Typically I'd have reduced the weight.

Body comp (noticeable fat loss or increase in muscle mass) (5/5)
Definitely leaning out. A lot! Wish I had done full measurements on day one. Going to measure tonight after the pump is all gone and report back next week on whether there's any mass gain. That said, my main goal is leaning out, and this is hitting the mark strong.

Endurance (3/5)
This score could be unfair if Shred is causing my issues. That said, I did feel a stronger mental focus and drive to push harder today more than I have lately. So I do feel like there has been a positive effect from Epi so far.

Mood (1/5)
I've generally been grouchy for the past couple of months. Who knows the true cause, but that's kind of just life. That said, I have not noticed any improvement in this area. Hopefully I do as the log goes on!

Libido (1/5)
Same deal. It's just where I'm at personally. But haven't seen any positive effects yet in this area. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for checking in man! Yesterday was busy prep work for a big client meeting today. Trying to secure a new project. Always stressful. I'm officially drained after an all morning meeting. But just hit the MaxREPS + BronkAid and getting ready to burn some cals. Let's hope I make it to the other side! Kinda wishing I hadn't run out of the Shred yet :-).

Tomorrow's a big day for this Epidrone run as we'll see if I'm still getting winded on weight days. I finished Shred yesterday, so that's no longer a factor. If I'm still struggling, I'm thinking about dosing 1 Epi in morning, 2 PWO midday and 1 evening and seeing what happens. Getting the PWO bump you and Alpha1agreda mentioned with the evenness of spreading them out per lifted67.

I will say that I had mentioned I haven't really had DOMS in a long time due to my anti-inflammatory. Well, lo and behold, I woke up slightly sore in spots today. Spots that I really hit hard yesterday. So I THINK that would mean I'm gaining strength and pushing my body to new levels even though the windedness has been slowing me up a bit.

Thanks again for sticking around and keeping me honest, guys. If nothing else, thinking about having to post pictures here again is enough to make me push a little harder every day!
 
Epidrone+4ad should be a nice stack!

Hrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmm...... As a hard gainer, that might be something I consider with my 2nd bottle of Epi. I haven't decided what to do there yet, but have been considering all kinds of different things to stack with it.

I'm starting to think I spend more on supps than food. With the 2.99/lb chicken at fresh market, it's awfully close. :-)

you gotta look for bargains...I got epidrone for the intro price and found a great labor day deal on the OL 4-ad.
 
Very nice. I'm always bargain shopping. Missed the OL deal. Might have to go look it up if still on! I picked up my 2nd epi at intro as well. Killer deal. Where I did screw up is I had to pay normal price for my OCT (on Amazon from Lockout) and the Endosurge for PCT because I didn't realize I needed them at first and would rather play it safe when it comes to my body.
 
Here's one for all you fine specimens. We're going to be at the beach for vacation in a little over a week. It's a working vacation, blessing/curse of working remote. It's also just a couple hours from home, so kinda more like a staycation. Buuuuut, I might find myself near a beach bar and a nice cold beverage might just hit the spot. I know methylated stuff is liver toxic and epi-andro is not. But all advice is to abstain while on epi-andro. Does anyone know the exact science behind why? I have a feeling that I can have a drink or two without issue. Well, other than throwing off MyFitnessPal. ? But just curious...
 
Even non methylated orals are making the liver earn it's keep, plus all fat burning/muscle building stops when you put alcohol into the body, body sees it as a toxin and makes a priority to process it.

Warmup and first round sucked as I tried to work around it. But then I hit my stride and it was just a little nagging the rest of the time.

First thing I noticed is focus. Today was easier to clear my mind of all life's junk and get on it. Channeling my aggression onto those dumbbells. Pushing hard to get one more rep.

Strength is also rising. I didn't up my weight or reps today. But I'm back on track. After cool down stretch, I had an uncontrollable urge to go back to the dumbbells and bust out one more set of hammer curls at my max weight (50). Killed them and felt awesome!

Mirror looking better every day. Looking forward to weigh in. Still need to measure. Hopefully will remember tonight.

Friday I think I'm going to bump my midday Epi to 2 caps PWO rather than 1 post. See if I can't up the game a bit...

Indeed. I grew mine as a joke. Our pastor looks very similar but had a beard. So I grew it out to be him for Halloween last year ?. When I went back to the gotee, my wife decided she liked the beard. And pretty much whatever she likes, I do. Last week she and my stylist schemed to get me to change my hair. I guess the fauxhawk isn't cool anymore. So guess who has a new haircut this week. Next it's skinny jeans.... Just kiddin! I have my limits. ?

Haha! I was born with soccer legs. Probably built up more carrying my 275 lb around for all those years! I couldn't wear those things even if demanded. Thank God! ?

Someone just has to make a fireproof beard cradle. Maybe add a little nozzle to the air so that it stays well oxygenated too. There's gotta be a company making such a critical accessory. That, or it's time to get you on Shark Tank and make it rain!

Thats bullshart!! Im a fricken firefighter and the town I work for is talking about a "no visible tattoo" policy. It was funny the other day because the Chief told me the Town Manager had brought it up, and then we got a medical call. The guy we ran was an 89 year old WW2 vet.... With tats on both forearms!!

That's crazy. I dunno what you do but it sounds like your company is ultra conservative. It's all relative what is business appropriate. I thought long and hard on the beard about how my clients and POTENTIAL clients might react. I decided as long as I kept it clean rather than "trendy ragged", I'd probably be OK. I am a contract CTO for small businesses and startups, and a business/software dev consultant. In the past, I did some work with some Fortune 500 companies and one in particular was clear. If you wanted to be successful there, you did not have facial hair. They were also the last to go to business casual on dress too.

I think most of my clients would choke on tattoos still though.

Whoa whoa whoa... You can put the fire out first. THEN I'll ask you to please cover your tattoos so my family doesn't have to see that mess. I mean look, they're already traumatized enough over the house burning down! :yup:

For reals, tho. I'm not a tattoo guy, so it's not a problem for me. But like I said, I thought long and hard on the beard... It all comes down to the first impression. People judge what kind of person they think you are immediately based on appearances. There's a reason that salespeople have a "look".... It works. I've learned it's the same in business. Look, if I meet a prospective client wearing a polo and another wearing a suit... I probably get both deals because I'm friggen' awesome (not really :)). But I can charge more when I wear a suit. Why? Because I'm setting the expectation in their mind that I'm legit and I'm worth it. If I go in there in my BPS t-shirt and a homeless beard, they probably pick someone else...
 
Dentist appt this morning, so my schedule is all jacked up. I guzzled all my morning supps, PWO, Shakeology, and coffee as soon as I woke up. Talk about a gut bomb.

Cardio today was amazeballs! Pushed 110%, recovered well, less gasping and moaning than usual :-). I seriously feel better each and every day on Epidrone. It's just a very subtle, gradual build. I'm not a very patient man, so that's maybe my only complaint. When I want something, I want it NOW. I was somewhat prepared for that though, as I remember reading that it typically takes 3 weeks to really hit your stride with epi-andro.

Tomorrow I go in for my low back epidural. I've asked if they can hit my mid back too while we're doing it since it's flared up this week. We'll see how it all goes, but I'll be playing it by ear for my workout tomorrow. Planning on feeling great, dropping 2 epi pwo and doing some work, though!
