Habajaba's first drone strike w/BPS Epidrone

Oh, kinda funny but yesterday a couple hours prior, I took my BP and was the normal 123/81. Today it was 133/72.

That low of a fluctuation could be as simple as previous food, time since activity or even time of day. Nothing to worry about if thats your numbers. Oh, also if you an automatic bp cuff, they are NOT reliable!!

Thx. I figured it was basically crap, but also hoped it would at least give me a clue how things were trending. As for the fluctuations, yeah. I was more pointing out I'm usually 120-130/80-90 at the doc and read that just a couple hours prior to my heart rate issue.

Check your blood sugar i was having problems with it dropping ivwould also get dizzy a few months back when i started training before work took blood work all came back good my dr said his conclusion was excessive training he even showed me a study about it i think my body had to get use to the calorie depletion just something for u to check out. As for your log keep killing bro !!!!

My wife and I are very open about what is in my supps, she even keeps an eye on my nips during cycle lol.

I also keep in good touch with my PCP so even though she (the doc) isn't happy about it we still keep an eye on my health.

You're taking PCP? I know that people that are tripping on acid seem to be stupid strong but I never really thought about it as a weight lifting supplement. ;)

You'd be surprised how many pink elephants I can deadlift on PCP.

Week 2 Update
Faster recovery (5/5)
I have had 2 different tweaks in the past week (mid-back/neck and wrist). In both cases I have returned to normal far quicker than I would have in the past. Prescription anti-inflammatory = good, epidrone = better.

Increase in strength (5/5)
Stronger. Every. Day. If I'm not upping weights, I'm upping reps.

Body comp (noticeable fat loss or increase in muscle mass) (5/5)
Still amazed. I'm down 0.6 this week and 4.2 in the full 2 weeks. Even at 0.6, the pinch test is quite different. Definitely putting on muscle weight alongside dropping the fat. NEVER had results this fast in my life.

Endurance (4/5)
Cardio and circuit recovery during breaks is definitely up. Cardio, I'm blasting through at the same heart rate but feeling like it's no big deal anymore. Still gasping, but not so bad I'm worried I won't get enough air anymore. Did I mention that I don't know when to stop pushing myself? :)

Weight days I'm recovering fast enough that I'm more ready for the next set. The effect cascades all the way through. Which means I'm getting the same work in less time and adding sets/upping weights to keep the intensity up. 90% of my best still but from day 1, this is a world of difference!

Mood (3/5)
Steadily improving. I may even be enjoyable to be around after this cycle! ;)

Libido (3/5)
Subtle increase this week. But honestly this has been flat lined for months. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is my libido.

Overall, I feel like this week I've been ramping up to full steam on Epidrone. I think week 3 is going to knock it out of the park, although I'm already insanely pleased with the results in 2 short weeks!

My wife knows what I'm taking too. I figure according to the Bible, my body is hers and therefore she should know what's going in it. Not always 100% on board, but she doesn't mind the results, I'll say that.

I don't have a PCP because I'm generally quite healthy and self employed insurance sucks. That said I've been thinking about finding one more and more just so I have a baseline and keep an eye on everything. Esp. now that I'm taking more serious supps.

Youre knocking this out brother! Im truly happy to see the Epidrone doing so well for you, and you testing it so hard!

Apparently, BPS' kids were hungry and my spidey sense told me I needed to make an order. Androcrine is on the way. My plan is to drop it into the month 2 stack and see what it can do with my rusty back and neck. I might even bring it in sooner, although I was trying to keep month 1 pretty simple with just the Epidrone. We'll see how many days I can look at it on the stash shelf before I break the seal.

The Sup3r-4 came in today too. Looking forward to seeing what the combo does next month!

Today's the beginning of a new week, which means strength day! I woke up today still feeling a little blah, but heart rate was in check and no shakiness. Felt pretty good around 11, so I hit my normal MaxREPS + Bronkaid PWO and got to work. STRRRRROOONNNNG day today, fellas! This Epidrone is kicking in full gear now!

I kept my higher weights from Friday in the final round, and busted out a final set of curls and pushups to fail AFTER my cooldown because there was just too much left in the ol tank. Focus was better than ever and recovery continuing to improve between sets. I think I'm finally back to 95% when it comes to getting winded. Meanwhile strength is off the charts.

No idea why the HR spiked this weekend. Quite possibly just not hydrated enough. But it seems to have been an anomaly and most likely I caused it to last longer by worrying about it and letting it get into my head.

Lastly, if anyone is reading this and still not running Epidrone for themselves... What are heck are you waiting for? Get this crap NOW. You need it! :)

You're log is really a great read, very well articulated with an enjoyable presentation. You said you were self employed... What do you do if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you sir! It's a first for me, so I'm learning as I go.

I'm a contract CTO/technical advisor for small business and startups and I own a software development firm. On the side, I help my wife and kids run their business selling women's clothes. At least I don't wear em, tho :).

Nothing wrong with slipping on some yoga pants once in awhile, sometimes a guy just wants to feel sexy

Nice. You know what's really sick about that... The main product is leggings. Which turn out to be basically yoga pants as far as I can tell :). I did try to put a pair on once so we could find a rip. Unfortunately, I didn't fit in them, which means I must be sized "tall and curvy". That's enough body shaming for me, sir! I'm going back to my American Eagle 36's that are so loose they're falling off. At least that makes me feel like I'm making progress!

But Im a firm believer in taking pictures and sharing it with your AM buddies. Thats your next picture habajaba

You're a sick sick man FireTitan. Did give me a chuckle though. Maybe Chuck Diesel needs another Procycle for Yoga Pants thread for you all to duke it out and see who gets the most votes :).

I think I just un-subbed from this thread......

Can I unsub from my own? :)

Dang, I haven't even seen 31 since about 9th grade. Even when I graduated and went to boot camp, i was 5'10" 175lbs with a 34" waist and had a 6 pack I could hide rolls of coins in. But, like ai said before, my frame is a bit big.

Maybe You just got child bearing hips

May be overstated at this point but damn, man....I applaud your diligent note taking skills. Beautifully done log!

This is how you continue to get logging opportunities fellas: you keep the big man happy!

Hey bro, I'm with you. Fricken' genetics! I'm more of an H than a V shape at best :). But we work with what we got, eh?

I wore husky pants as a kid and was always the fat kid... Didn't lose weight until I was 18 and out of school. Then it was just from going out drinking and not actually eating much. So I wasn't exactly tone even though I lost the weight. Then it came right back on as soon as I got engaged :). And I packed it on like crazy, as you can see with my original pic.

All that said, it doesn't matter much what I do, I'd probably be a 32 if I was crazy cut. As it is, I'm just trying to reach "flat" before I can go for cut. I did wear 33's once prior to my surgery and subsequent accident. And I was about as close as you could get to flat.

Thank you sir. And again, thank you for the opportunity! I'm fully enjoying the ride. Glad my first shot was with a legit product/company. :)

Feel free to send me free products, everyone! :sly:

You, my friend, are in the One Size category. Me and FireTitan are over here in Tall and Curvy land. Or as one dude who sells these clothes calls them "Mo' woman!"

Gonna have to change it to "Mo' Fireman"

I'm telling you, I got a huge ass, I had my wife pick me up small sweat shorts the other day cause mediums sit too loose on waist but I had to kick those ****ers on to get them over my ass lol

Today's quick cardio update. Not to sidetrack from all the other important chatter in here... I'm still waiting for the plateau in cardio. Every day I'm pushing harder and my HR is going down. I'll be honest, I hate cardio. I really do. Runners, I love you guys but I do not understand your world at all :). That said, I actually looked forward to working out today. And I felt amazing throughout.

I know Epidrone isn't targeted at cardio performance, but I'm seeing as much gain here as my lift days.

What's the saying down here? I'm happier than a puppy with two peters.

Ha! So you're in Sir Mix a Lot's crew?
I'll do side bends or sit ups, but I won't lose my butt lol

Kind of awesome that Epidrone isn't making cardio worse, I want to run it in prep but was worried it'd make cardio feel like hell.

I'm coming for that 31" currently rocking a 33" but I'm coming for it haha
