Keep the weight nice and light and force the path correctly until it is reconditioned enough and you feel more confident in it. Better to do it right and low weight at first then to use ego and push through but create an imbalance in the rush.

After my car accident.. Had a really hard time, my form was off, it was painful also..
I was scared I was doing more damage then good..
It takes time. Just listen to your body.. U will overcome this..

@kleen, it was just the bar. Lol, my form is that crappy that I didn't want to add any weights. I could see myself moving up and down incorrectly. It's embarrassing but I know I need to heal first or I'll do more damage.

DOMS are a bitxh today and I trained back on Thursday. Today will be a cardio day.

Hope everyone had a great 4th weekend!! I was off work since last Wenesday. Birthday was Thursday and I fell it lol. Went to concert to see Shaman's harvest, Hell Yeah, and In this Moment. That girl can rock!!! P how's your knee feeling lately??

I am not having a funeral or memorial service when I pass. I told the wife you can have a BBQ or Pizza party at the house where everyone can come and talk and tell stories. Other than that send my body to the cadaver farm for research so there is no cost to my family for burial and be done with it. If we can't do that then cremate me and have them toss the dust into the dumpster. No need for an expensive urn or container. I don't want a penny spent on my death.
My wife and kids want the ashed to make jewelry or something I am like hell no! You guys need to let me go once gone. Not have a reminder in your face every single day of my death. You already have memories of my life all the ashes will do is remind you of my death...

My wife and I are members of the Cremation Society, I pre-paid about 15 years ago ($900) when we die call the 800 # they come get you, Cremate you and return you in a cardboard box. Easy, Simple and Cheap.

I like this. No point in spending a whole lot of money once you're dead. It's not like you're going to enjoy that casket. I however asked my wife to spread my ashes in the Grand Canyon. Not that I will get to enjoy that, being dead and all, but the thought is nice. And she gets a vacation out of it.

I know what you mean. I went AWOL from AM for a couple of weeks myself, but did keep up my workouts. RL kicks in and you have to prioritize; stay employed, keep family happy OR post on AM.. hmmmm, tough choice . Glad you made it back in one piece, welcome back.

That's definitely good to hear! I have been doing well. Just training, working, working some more, and trying to spend as much time as possible with the family! Lots of traveling with a trip to San Deigo in June and the yearly trip to meet the grandparents to exchange the kids twice.
