EvoMuse DCP Writeup

Not exactly. If I take 3 twice per day, that means I take them with my second and third dose. If I do two OT three times a day and take them with every dose, no pain. I think taking the morning dose on an empty stomach without the OT has always hit me hard. The mid day dose never seemed to give me issues unless I was already having issues in the morning. Plus, I am not always consistent with the OT. Most of the time I would have the worst sides morning, and if I didn't have sides in the morning, normally had no sides afternoon. It seemed very random and to be honest I was wondering if maybe pick variation was an explanation (I don't expect 5 mg is always 5 mg. Sometimes it could be 4 mg and other times 6 and I wondered if that was it).

Taking OT every time I take DCP pretty much eliminates everything, including the burn. Like I took nothing.

Theres some voodoo going on here... I just placed a 4th order in like 1 month =) haha

Honestly i think the business model of Evomuse might be flawed... i seriously only stocked up on 3 DCP because i knew that i wont need to cut for a long long time.

DCP
Ammo
Epitome
Brite
Alphaburn
Thermogum

Just had brite for the first time... it tastes much like it smells.... thank god for that peppermint...

Just an update. More than 2 weeks into my DCP bottle and the pain is extremely random and sometimes debilitating. Saturday, Sunday and Monday I had no pain at all and then on Tuesday I was in really bad pain again and moderately bad pain on Wednesday. Yesterday and today I've been taking 2 orange triad with each 2 pills of DCP and the pain seems to be gone. It seems that either the digestion complex or some vitamin or mineral plays a role in the gut pain and cramping.

It's the Bromelain in Orange Triad that helped you. Unless you took a different version that doesn't have it then not sure why it helped....possibly calcium

dsade, I just bought 2 bottles of Supernova.

How would you recommend I add it to my stack?

Could I apply it at night and then Abliderated in the morning?

Can I keep taking Brite while adding in Supernova?

Yesterday around 3 hours after dosing i had really intense burning in my stomach that ended up crippling me causing for me to lye down curled up but it only lasted for 3-5 mins then eased off, is this the type of pain you have been experiencing. also i follow IF 16/8 and take 2 DCP fasted in the AM with 3 Ignit3 21mg GW, 200mcg T2, 1 cap Viron, and 2 caps Follidrone 2,

I was thinking this too. They have that in the joint complex but I thought it also aided in digestion and had enzymes. Maybe I will try to get some straight bromelain and try it.

This is pretty typical. For me it is a really bad stomach ache/cramp that makes me want to just sit on a toilet and pray to the gods to allow me to have a bowel movement that never comes. It doesnt totally cripple me but makes any kind of work difficult.

I am thinking of getting some individual ingredients from OT and trying it if they are cheap enough, just so others who have these issues may have some recourse. I wonder what the people who aren't having pain are taking...maybe that is a key. I know Gut Health is great and it seems that most people on here using that don't have issues. I want to order some but my funds for supplements are pretty tight right now and I'm trying to use up what I have.

I did not suffer any pain today, but if it does reoccur i will be ordering some orange triad alongside other supplements.

Well, it would be good if others on here could confirm the OT theory. My guess is that DieselNY is correct and it is the Bromelain. It does seem that Gut Health from Evomuse has people covered too. Bromelain (again, there is Bromelain in OT) is apparently a pretty effective pain killer too, so maybe that is helpful.

If you need a multi, OT is the way to go anyway I guess.

mah10 or Depasi (or depasi10 -- can't recall for sure)

4 week update here. Following the same diet and supplement protocol as the first two weeks. Down to 286lbs. Missed 4 cardio sessions that were to be an hr long. So I feel like I maybe could have lost another lb or two. The side by side by side pic is from day 1, 2 weeks, and this morning. The other two are from 2 weeks ago and today. I suffer from big love handles, but in today's pic you can see how small the have gotten even in the last two weeks

Nothing to say except awesome job! You and I are coming from the same place - I STILL have this spare tire. Even at 10 weeks when I took photos from the front it looked like the difference was minimal because my sides were still as wide, but when I turned sideways you could see I was thinner front to back. I still have a way to go, but you are killing it. Those top abs are already starting to show.

Great progress -- esp for just 4 weeks. I tend to have very little progress the first month and then see massive results in the following 4 weeks. Sadly, I tend to stop at 8 weeks and thus never get to the really great results.

But, that's changing this go-round.

I think a lot of times it comes down to the "why". The fact is, if someone REALLY wants something and REALLY has a reason for it, they will get it. They will find a way.

5 years ago I was probably over 300 pounds and would wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding out of my chest, my head and chest hurting and not wanting to move because of the pain and would just gasp for air. I knew it was the weight. I knew that was bad. I knew I could die. But death doesn't motivate anyone...because it is just a concept for us.

But then I revised I wanted to be able to move, work, etc. And not be unable to do things when called upon to do them. I didn't want to struggle anymore. I saw my 85 year old grandmother becoming unable to get out of a chair and my 62 year old father hobbling around unable to walk on bad knees and then looked in the mirror at the fat person following in their foot steps. Living became less about not dying and more about being able to live a happy and good life. In that light, it wasn't important if I was fat or lean or anything. All that mattered is that I could move. And with that desire, it all became a hobby with no pressure beyond what I wanted to do next.

Find a why that you can stick with even when you fall off the diet. Then, in 8 weeks if you need a break, you can take it without fear of ending the journey - because the diet is only part of a bigger journey that you don't want to stop.

Very well said - hit very close to home!

MidwestBeast have you tried the new supernova? Thermogum? Also what in the hell is cream pie 2.0 on pg6

Never tried the red Thermogum which I heard is the best. White was okay but not my fav. No supernova for me yet. Hoping to have it very soon as well.

And I don't remember the page 6 ref, but it was either about XF UP or a sex joke from Testruction is my guess lol

That's really odd. Keep trying to zero in on what you're taking with it to cause it.

What's in the digestion complex? Any enzymes?

I figured my problem out, some of the capsules are broken a bit and causes the cramping and gut pain. If the pill is busted then I get this feeling like I have gas and need to use the bathroom but I can't go. Then heartburn comes and I have to just keep drinking water until the pain goes away. One pill every 2-3 hours is not as bad but if the capsule is broken forget it.

Beast, the red thermogum is far superior. It lasts as gum way longer than the white. The white tastes a BIT better, but falls apart within several minutes of chewing. Actually, it's hit and miss on that. I've had some last reasonably long. But not many.

I don't see how the pill being broken could cause the pain, but unbroken wouldn't? The pill should dissolve and release the contents once it hits your stomach, so being unbroken would delay this a couple minutes maybe.

Do you take a multi? I am really thinking bromelain is helping me (from the Orange Triad)

For the spare tire issue, it may be an issue of insulin resistance.

I gotz the diabetes!!!

Sorry, had to say it. You could be right here. I mean, I was up near 300 pounds at one point and I've done some PSMF to get down to about 175-180, which I would hope has helped with any insulin resistance, but the fat cells that I do have could be pretty messed up still, even a few years later. Since stomach fat is the first to be stored and the last to go I think, this fat could be pretty old (like a decade or more).

To be fair, people with higher body fat tend to have insulin resistance/low carb tolerance, and if I recall, you're still in the 20+% category.

Yup. I mean, I tend to credit the spare tire with just being fat, but the underlying cause may still be various forms of metabolic damage caused by that. I was fat at a very early age in life, got it off in my teens and stayed in OK shape until I was about 22 - then just ballooned up. It's going to take a lot of effort and time to get the ship back on course.

im going to purchase some and try it but that has been my experience.

Ok so this is for the peeps experiencing gastric distress after dosing DCP. After a month of taking the product, I noticed adding piperine aka bioperine eliminates any burning or stomach issues. I have taken DCP with and without the addition of bioperine and every time I skip it the stomach issues creep up. Of course this is purely subjective, but it might be worth trying if you are having problems with the capsaicinoids. In addition, the bioperine will likely enhance the bioavailability of the product as an added benefit. Hopefully this helps and I'm curious if anyone has similar results adding it in.

Thank you guys!

Logging Evisc Supernova. Sponsored log will be up tonight. Product comes tomorrow

dsade how many applications/days is the supernova bottle good for? $54.99 is killing me

Depends on the size of the area and how many areas you're applying to. Generally the 6 ounce bottles hold about 60 applications.

I wish I was independently wealthy, and you would see me doing this strictly for the love of it, but most of the products in my line have a maximum of about 25% profit margin. I keep the margins low because I'd rather make much less money than offer ****ty product.

Most of the company's products that you see out there are rolling 100-150% profit margin - which is reflected in the crappy quality and complete lack of innovation. $54.99 rolls in at about $9 an ounce. I'm considering making this into an 8 ounce bottle (I can only afford one size, so need some votes here) and it would come in at about $69 - but I know a lot of people will see that and freak out.

So...keep the 6 ounce size at $55 or roll out the 8 ounce size at $70?

(just realized this is supposed to be a DCP thread. Damn.)

Haha sorry completely my fault. I understand and I greatly appreciate what you do. Just hard for me being a college student. I would stick with 6 ounce bottles I think... Keeps it cheaper for the buyer especially if for a first try. Just my $.02

The results on this one are actually noticeable after the first application. I'm considering doing some minimally labeled 1 ounce trial sizes.

GTFO! I've never used any of the eviscerate products. I've used Ammo, Epitome, Alpha Burn, and Brite and loved it all. I'm a bit skeptical of your claim here though ... But I want to believe!

That's the reasoning behind offering the small sample sized.
