My father in law tells me all the time he got stronger with age never took a supp in his life he didn't even know what protein powder was haha and yet he has a trophy for a 505lb bench press raw lol
 
I know guy is 65 works full time two time veitnam vet 22 yrs military runs 3 miles a day still lol I don't think my career is gunna let me be able to run after 50 hahaha

Yeah, this guy either. Friends always asking me to run different events with them, I tell them I absolutely REFUSE to run anything that ends with the letter K! Not a 5, not a 10, none of it!

Word lol he had a heat stroke after a 15 k last year his finished in 1:30 decided drinking beer after was a good idea lol
 
Had to take the day off yesterday, I felt after the way my schedule has been at work, I needed to have some family time. Working EMS today, so Ill have to wait till tomorrow for another workout. Had a heck of a cheat day yesterday eating a plate FULL of General Tso chicken,white rice and an egg roll. I can tell I did! Stomach started cramping last night, but I feel a bit more energetic this morning.

I had so much pizza yesterday, feeling your pain bro, need to chug some liquid plumber feel like the "septic tank" is all clogged up.

Getting stuck in traffic on the way to work with my coffee in hand is not an ideal situation for myself either lol

Last time I had coffee I had no choice but to drop deuce in someone's front yard but thank god it was 2 am all I could think about was I cop pulling over to see what I'm doing and why I'm wearing a superman shirt while pooping in someone's yard

I took a **** in the woods running a half marathon once, still came in under 1hour:50 minutes lol
 
It was caused by adrenaline at the 8 mile mark, shot out like a rocket I wiped with some leaves, thanked god it was a clean dookie and pulled up my shorts and back onto the running course.
 
Should be heading to the gym in an hour or so guys. Thanks to my boy Alpha1agreda, I will be dropping all 4 capsules PWO, and then were gonna see about getting a PR on shoulder press! Fingers crossed on that. I did want to add that Ive noticed an increase in libido the last few days, which is great. Hope to keep that. Ill check back in later with my updates.

I felt the same way about 315, the secret is to have the spotter say "don't be a little bitch and get this lift!"
 
Remember you practiced for this . One lift is all you need . You gotta bark and growl and scream bro !

Funny, cause thats about what I do. I have been known to stare myself in the mirror and call myself a gat b1tch. Then...5 finger death punch in the ear buds, grit my teeth, and push that Sh1t!!

May I have your attention please!! Before I get to far ahead of myself, let me throw this out there. Alpha1agreda, you rock sir! And for everyone else logging Focused Nutritions Epi Andro Elite, I was instructed by Alpha to dose all 4 PWO, so I finally did. 4 around 30 minutes pre, and then a scoop of White flood about 15 minutes beforehand.WOW, what a difference that made. I had every intention on having a new PR with a shoulder press of 225. Ill get back to that in a minute. On with the workout.
Dumbell lateral raises
20x20,30x10 and 35x10. Weight wise I could go bigger, but the 30s create an uncomfortable twinge in my bad shoulder.
On to the shoulder press, free weights.
125x10, 135x10,185x10,205x6 and here it is.
225.....for 1! Why 1 you ask? Because I Knew I had more and I wanted to check it. So, new PR, 245x1. Super stoked, sommuch in fact that went ahead and did 135 for an additional 20 just to kill em!
Arnold press
70x10, 85x10 and 90x8.
Did some cable work and right as we were fixing to start doing traps..
We had a medical call, which turned into a CPR. To top off my PR, we got the lady back. Great feeling. We went back to the gym, but figured we waited to long to jump back into lifting, so 40 minutes of racquetball it was . Cut a bit short, but overall a nice session for me!

Agh racquetball my first encounter with that was on a navy base after a workout and all my buddies were talking trash so the ball is coming towards and literally my first swing ever I swung as hard as I could and I defiantly hit something but not the ball completely missed the ball hit my self in the eyebrow gushing blood ball bounced off the wall hit me in the head needless to say needed with me getting 5 stitches lol

Fuccing awesome bro! Glad it helped I'm telling you I'm pretty sure I dosed 750 pwo on a chest day and asked for a spot on 315 I was nervous about going for 3 cuz I always failed at 3 but that day I got it up for 4 it's amazing bro!
