Nice workout today considering we kept getting interrupted with fire alarms. I have 2 , maybe 3 days left on my Epi Andro, and Im torn between hating its almost gone and stoked to start a cut. 5 pills PWO and a scoop of 1MR. Nice mix, didn't take long to start feeling the mojo.
Started off with push ups, and a ton of them. 25 standard, 25 wide, 25 close, 25 staggered to the left,25 to the right and then burned it out doing basketball push ups. For those who have never had the privilege of doing basketball push ups, DO THEM!! We had them in the military. Wear your dog tags or necklace with a charm outside of your shirt, put your hands in the diamond position and drop. It doesnt count unless you're tags or charm go inside the diamond.
Bench press( light due to shoulder pain at the flat angle)

Several variations of cable work
4 sets on the peck deck and finished with 3 sets of hex press to failure. Not bad considering we had 3 fire alarms stop us at different times. But my fricken chest is pumped and feeling solid.
