May I have your attention please!! Before I get to far ahead of myself, let me throw this out there.
Alpha1agreda, you rock sir! And for everyone else logging Focused Nutritions Epi Andro Elite, I was instructed by Alpha to dose all 4 PWO, so I finally did. 4 around 30 minutes pre, and then a scoop of White flood about 15 minutes beforehand.WOW, what a difference that made. I had every intention on having a new PR with a shoulder press of 225. Ill get back to that in a minute. On with the workout.
Dumbell lateral raises
20x20,30x10 and 35x10. Weight wise I could go bigger, but the 30s create an uncomfortable twinge in my bad shoulder.
On to the shoulder press, free weights.
125x10, 135x10,185x10,205x6 and here it is.
225.....for 1! Why 1 you ask? Because I Knew I had more and I wanted to check it. So, new PR, 245x1. Super stoked, sommuch in fact that went ahead and did 135 for an additional 20 just to kill em!
Arnold press
70x10, 85x10 and 90x8.
Did some cable work and right as we were fixing to start doing traps..
We had a medical call, which turned into a CPR. To top off my PR, we got the lady back. Great feeling. We went back to the gym, but figured we waited to long to jump back into lifting, so 40 minutes of racquetball it was . Cut a bit short, but overall a nice session for me!
