Dayum!!! Good workout today fellas! Dropped 3 Epi Andro along with my White flood PWO as I have been. Went to the gym immediately after, and just wasn't feeling it. By the time we got there and did a bit of a warmup, it was like someone hit the switch and I went into a zone! Focus was amazing and I just felt amazing.

100x20? I could have fricken danced like a little girl for doing 20 of them! We finished by doing various angles and weights on cables and then racquetball, but that got cut short cause I hot the ball and it busted

I feel great, and my chest feels like its pushing through my shirt. So far, I am loving the Epi Andro Elite!!
