It doesn't help at all. I get frustrated with her when she gripes about me working all the time and then I feel like crap when she said that just because she wants me home with her. But 17 years of marriage is got to speak for something. Thank you.

17 years is something bro, we're at about 3 and half but we've been together for a little under 6 years. Still finding things that amaze me every day, good and bad lmao. Wouldn't change a thing though. Even when I'm at home, I still get the "So the gym is more important than me?" thing. I can't help my hours are crazy, still gotta get my lifts in! I was in standby for the extended 4th of July weekend...I was working everyday, sometimes twice a day. Just one of things man.

Buuuuuut, yes. Having an artist with a cool backstory is awesome. He's actually Brazilian, he's told me some bits and pieces about South America so conversation is never boring. Your work looks great too dude, I'm a huge fan of Japanese traditional. The way that they use colors to make everything stand is crazy. It's gonna look sick when you get more color in there!
 
Actually late lol usually up at 4 am hit the gym then hit AM but today I got to "sleep in" all the way to 545 haha

I understand how that is. Im usually up no later than 0530 whether waking up for or at work. Just got to the department to start my 24, and then go to my other department for another 24. Sh1t gets old. But, thats 3 gym sessions in 2 days!! Yaya!!! The tattoo guy was like, "you should probably skip the gym for the next couple days ", I laughed at him.

I get the "everything is more important"speech alot. I was standing in front of her last night( make up s3x!) and she looked sad. She told me she didnt like me getting in better shape and looking younger while shes turning into an old woman. Grrrrrr! What do you say to that.
And I cant wait till this piece is done. Were doing mostly black and gray, but the samurai will be in color so he will pop out.

women always feel they will lose us when we make drastic changes man ... iam just glad she said something to you . I had to figure it out on my own .
between all the attitudes and fights and threats of divorce . One day I said "wtf is wrong with me having muscles and feeling good "? she replied " every fukkin girl in this town wants you bcuz you act like you got it . can you just be normal without the muscles " ?

a big flashing light lit up in my brain saying whoa dude that's it ..... she is scared of losing me ! so I neeed to show her she has me . and ever since then I been showing her that and that problem never comes up .

3 things Ive learned that will make or break it here
1.) NEVER talk about other women like its ok
2.) NEVER let her see you gawking other girls
3.) NEVER act like u don't need her

Bro, there's nothing you can say to that. bighulksmash nailed it. Just gotta show 'em that you're not going anywhere. It's not our fault that people give us "the look". But who am I giving advice when you've been in the marriage game for 17 years

Alrighty fellas. At some point Im assuming Im going to make it to the gym, if the Chief ever stops "meeting" with my Captain. But, unfortunately, the way the ball has rolled, and the addition of a part timer, were doing shoulders today. I plan on really pushing them, just to see what I can do, AND.... If at all possible, Im shooting for another PR. Im going to make the attempt at 220lbs on my shoulder press. Even if its just one, and clean. I feel pretty fricken strong today, and better overall than I have in the past week. I took 1 Epi Andro Elite upon waking, and Im going to drop 3 PWO, just to see if it does anything extra for me. Marms, again, I want to to thank you. As of now, I look forward to running this again, with the addition of Androcrine. Stay tuned people

Go for the PR bro! You got this! I think for my next run, I'm gonna go with Androcrine stacked with maybe 11KT or the FN Epi-Andro. I really love how I feel on androgens, no doubt about that.
 
Ok, so change of plans at the last minute. Did back and biceps today and although I am not to a lot of your levels, I was very pleased with what I accomplished.
Took 3 PWO and a scoop of white flood and I felt like I could punch through walls!!!
Started off with 25 pull ups using rock climbing hand holes.
Bent over single arm Dumbbell rows
65x10x2, 85x10, 100x10,100x6
T bar rows(dont know the weight of the bar so Im just telling plate weight)
90x20,125x10,155x10
Stiff leg Deadlifts with dumbbells
60sX10,85sX10,100sX10... Never got it done with a 100 in each hand, pretty stoked.
Lat pull down
120x10,160x10,180x10,180x6
Biceps were quick but... I normally have been doing my EZ bar curls with 45lbsx100, but I Felt spunky and did 75lbsx100! I was dancing in my head!!
3 sets of single arm cable curls with the last set being 60lbs.
Ran out of time, but sh1t I Was stoked!! I had so much energy and focus was through the roof!! Cant wait till my 0600 session tomorrow!!

Got an hour of racquetball in this morning, hoping to do some lifting at some point. Working the 2nd 24 hour shift in a row but Ill manage something. Knees are a bit sore, but thats what I get for playing racquetball at 6am! Lol
 
No further workouts today. Weve been rolling today, but waxing a fire truckhas to count for some sorta cardio right? Lol. Hopefully Ill be lifting tomorrow morning, and will have something worth posting. I hate it because even though my knees are still a bit sore, I was feeling right and had that NEED to lift. Stupid jobs
 
Ok, got done with my 48 hour shift and decided to take a nap, didnt happen. My knee has been sore for a couple days so I was going to skip legs today..didnt happen, because I got home, took 3 Epi Andro and a scoop of white flood and suddenly I was the fricken honey badger... And we all know what the honey badger does.
So I went in still a bit skeptical and figured Id just push through what I could without straining my knee.
Started with leg extensions
3 sets of 20,15 and 10 with my feet positioned standard followed by 3 sets of 20,15 and 10 feet pointed inward. Nice burn and noticed a little more thickness forming in my thighs! At least I think so. Then on to squats, low and slow and I didnt get to heavy
135x20,185x10x205x10,225x10,
275x10,315x8,225x8,135x15 and then several sets of calf raises using 225 at different toe angles.
Decided I Felt good so jumped onto a little bicep work, including isolation, seated incline, hanging incline and cable curls. The big plus for me today is that when I did seated preacher curls, I Was able to throw a 45 on each side for a complete 10 on my 3rd set. Finished up with 3 sets of reverse curls and now its on to murder some chicken and rice.. Mexican style!! Im attaching a picture, not the best one, but Im not really accustomed to taking pics of myself. Anyway, I wanted to see a side view of my thighs, and overall Im impressed with how theyre shaping up. Also, Orange Triad is multi-faceted vitamin/joint/digestion/immune formula. Been using for a little over a week, and I love it. It replaced at least 2 other products I'd use.

for sure. "If you're the smartest one in the room, you're in the wrong room". One of my favorite quotes, as it applies to pretty much everything in life. And the squats are for real impressive man, especially if you've been having knee issues.

I typically open the jar in the Isle. Insert plastic spoon. Withdrawal a bites worth . Eat it . Then cap the jar and put it back on the shelf. The kick spoon under shelving.
