Squats, high bar pause squats and then some FRONT SQUATS. finish with some lunges or split squats if you wish and even some planks to get some ab/core work in and that's a solid and simple session!

Hey guys, hope all is well. So after a long as* night shift at EMS, I went home and rested for all of about 10 minutes, and figured If I didnt get it done then, it wasnt going to happen. Shoulder day, and I was a bit nervous because my bad one was hurting a bit. But I smashed that shizzle!!
Started off with Arnold presses to get the blood flowing, and compared to what the shoulders have been limiting me to, I was pleased.35x20,45x15,55x10,65x10 and 75x8
Barbell press( yes lifted67, I planted my feet into the floor like a couple of size 10 corpses)
135x15,135x10,155x10,185x10
185x8,135x15
Standing reverse flies
30x10,35x10x2,25x18-- could NOT get the last 2. But, I felt great, and because I Didnt feel like Ingot much out of my traps the other day, I figured what the hell, lets do this!
Barbell shrugs
135x20x2,225x15,315x10 with 5 second pauses at the top rather than 2.
Reverse barbell shrugs,135x10x3
Dumbbell shrugs with straps
50x50x2,35x35,25x10.....DONE! There was nothing else for them to give

That was a LOT of shoulder work for me. My shoulders and traps are full, and my biceps are still tight from yesterday. Changing my dosing as of tomorrow. Rather than 1 pill x 4 a day, Im changing to 1 with breakfast, 2 PWO, and 1 before bed(thanks buddy). See you guys tomorrow

Ha! There shall be NOOO workout today. Dropped my 2 pills PWO, and a scoop of White Flood... Boom, back....to....back structure fires. Im fricken whooped fellas and the closest thing Ill be doing to a squat is squatting my arse into the shower. Im sure you've all been anxiously awaiting since waking this morning so Im sorry to disappoint. Might get it done tomorrow, depends on how the remainder of the shift goes.

I'm sure those 48 hours could be considered a workout on its own, with the flood and epi you were probably ready as balls to take the fires out!

I was! I had to step out for a minute because I was sweating so bad, it was actually starting to pool up inside my mask. I could hear it starting to bubble when I exhaled. I took this picture after the 2nd one. Didnt really get what I wanted, but the veins in my head looked like mountains on a 3d map.

I would like to announce a change in plans gentlemen!! The warrior diet and Epi Andro Elite will not come to terms, as I have learned today. Had NOOO mojo in the gym and had to really push myself just to get done what I did. As THE MONSTAR told me before, its time to eat, and feed this machine. Got started a lot late today due to being in a class. But, here it goes(nothing impressive)

I will be in the woods for a wilderness rescue class the rest of the week, so it might be Sunday before I log again, unless I can get the Captain up at 0530 to lift before we get off

How you feelin' Brotha?

Just got back in from my class,been in the woods for the last few days. Tired from that, but otherwise pretty good. Taking the day to chill out with the family, but looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow. After several days of no gym, and eating MREs, I gotta get back on track.

Gentlemen, I am back from my class and back at work today. First day back at the gym since Tuesday and I was honestly a little nervous How my body would react. Ive jumped my calories up a bit to try and help with muscle fatigue. Im trying to keep muscle groups mixed up and confused, so I did shoulders and biceps. Started with 3 sets of machine shoulder press, light weight just to get warmed up then went to barbell shoulder press, and I was pretty Dang happy.

2 sets of slow 21s @55lbs and 3 sets of reverse curls@55lbs.(thanks lifted67) kept it light on the curls today due to my elbows feeling a bit sore today, almost dry. Im attaching a video of my second set of shoulder press, the set of 6. And as always, critiquing is welcome!

1 when I wake up, 2 PWO and 1 before bed. 205 isnt all that great, but its the best Ive done in over 10 years, and it felt clean. I felt like I could get 215 to be honest. I feel as if Ive leaned out some as well. Im pretty giddy

Try dosing 3 pwo or maybe even all 5 one day I felt great the time I dosed all epi pwo bro and 205 is dope !

Im keeping it at 4 daily, But I can definitely do 1 Am and 3PWO tomorrow. Actually, I may be doing a 2 a day tomorrow, Im working 24 at my other fire department. Ill figure it out. Thanks for the assistance as always. And thanks for the 205 compliment, thats always needed!
