Hey guys, hope all is well. So after a long as* night shift at EMS, I went home and rested for all of about 10 minutes, and figured If I didnt get it done then, it wasnt going to happen. Shoulder day, and I was a bit nervous because my bad one was hurting a bit. But I smashed that shizzle!!
Started off with Arnold presses to get the blood flowing, and compared to what the shoulders have been limiting me to, I was pleased.35x20,45x15,55x10,65x10 and 75x8
Barbell press( yes
lifted67, I planted my feet into the floor like a couple of size 10 corpses)

Standing reverse flies
30x10,35x10x2,25x18-- could NOT get the last 2. But, I felt great, and because I Didnt feel like Ingot much out of my traps the other day, I figured what the hell, lets do this!
Barbell shrugs
135x20x2,225x15,315x10 with 5 second pauses at the top rather than 2.
Reverse barbell shrugs,135x10x3
Dumbbell shrugs with straps
50x50x2,35x35,25x10.....DONE! There was nothing else for them to give
Abs was 50 crunchesx2
60 second 6 inches x 3.
That was a LOT of shoulder work for me. My shoulders and traps are full, and my biceps are still tight from yesterday. Changing my dosing as of tomorrow. Rather than 1 pill x 4 a day, Im changing to 1 with breakfast, 2 PWO, and 1 before bed(thanks buddy). See you guys tomorrow
