Lol I love how the recommendations on that app for protein intake are so low...lol ill hit that in my first meal! I'm currently cutting and I stick to anywhere between 40-80g fats per day, with some outliers here and there, and that's been good for me since I started tracking macros. Then again, I'm not nearly as experienced as some other members, so anyone feel free to chime in with more accurate info.

Gentlemen, I am back from my class and back at work today. First day back at the gym since Tuesday and I was honestly a little nervous How my body would react. Ive jumped my calories up a bit to try and help with muscle fatigue. Im trying to keep muscle groups mixed up and confused, so I did shoulders and biceps. Started with 3 sets of machine shoulder press, light weight just to get warmed up then went to barbell shoulder press, and I was pretty Dang happy.

185x6 AND THEN.....205 for a solid 4..new PR for this guy( well since my 20s)
Arnold presses
55x10, 65x10,70x10 and 80x8
Reverse flyes 3 sets of 10@35lbs so I didnt aggravate my shoulder.
Dumbbell shrugs
60x60x2
60x30
Biceps
Standing EZ curl bar
55lbsx 100
2 sets of slow 21s @55lbs and 3 sets of reverse curls@55lbs.(thanks lifted67) kept it light on the curls today due to my elbows feeling a bit sore today, almost dry. Im attaching a video of my second set of shoulder press, the set of 6. And as always, critiquing is welcome!

Got up this morning and dragged myself to the gym. Neither one of us was feeling it this morning. But, I pushed through the best I could.
Started off with leg extensions and did 4 sets with my feet in a standard position, followed by 3 sets with my toes pointed at each other to help with the outside of my quads.
Then to squats. I kept it light, in order to refocus on my form. I havent been going down far enough. So I started at 135x10x3
185x10x2,225x10 and 135x12(failure)
Followed up with a series of tricep work which I wont post all of, but I did want to share this. On my seated overhead tricep presses, my 2nd set was 70lbs for 20. A clean 20. Ive never been able to get that many out of it. My 3rd set was 100x12.
So far I am pretty impressed with my Epi Andro Elite. I do feel stronger, I seem to have leaned out a bit and starting to see some new blood tunnels. Excited To continue this run!!

Any workout is better than no workout good stuff here
 
Had the opportunity to do a second workout today but in all honesty Im on my 2nd 24 hour shift in a row(again) and Ive got some crappy stuff going on with my wife right now, not looking good for us so I just did about 30 minutes of abs or so and called it quits. I did however eat squash and asparagus, and a 16oz Veal burger steak. Yumz!

Thank you Sir, and you are correct. We had a long talk tonight and smoothed some Stuff over. Ill do like I do with everything, give it a h3ll of a shot! Taking the day off tomorrow to get some ink done to my sleeve. Back at it Wednesday!

Ok guys, quick comment and then a question. I got home this morning, and found that Ive dropped 3lbs since starting, which Im stoked about. I feel its safe to say that Ive added some meat on this fat as well. I will do some measurements soon. Heres my question, Ive been running 1 am, 2 pwo and 1 pm. Ive been told to try 3 pwo. Would I see any noticeable difference If I went to 5 a day? I dont want to run out quicker, but If itll help more Id do it. So far, loving this stuff!

I haven't had any work done since December, mine left to do conventions and travel at the end of January. In total, I've had 7 hours on one piece, hoping to add another 5 to that come August

Nice. Hes doing conventions, must be good. I have 2 from James Vaughn before he was ever on Ink master. So far this piece has a total of 15 hours in it

My thoughts exactly. He's an artist based out of London, so there's a pretty big spotlight as far as tats go in this area of the world anyway.

And glad to hear things are going better with your wife. I know working long hours and being gone a lot doesn't help anything. Wife and I had a rough patch right before I left for 7 months, so the distance plus the hours I worked out there made it tough for a bit.

It doesn't help at all. I get frustrated with her when she gripes about me working all the time and then I feel like crap when she said that just because she wants me home with her. But 17 years of marriage is got to speak for something. Thank you.
