Lol I love how the recommendations on that app for protein intake are so low...lol ill hit that in my first meal! I'm currently cutting and I stick to anywhere between 40-80g fats per day, with some outliers here and there, and that's been good for me since I started tracking macros. Then again, I'm not nearly as experienced as some other members, so anyone feel free to chime in with more accurate info.
