What protein powder now days is the goto?

Well after waking up and reading the hilariously wrong information you were waffling, i got intense urge to eat waffles for breakfast, thanks for ruining my diet.

I find this all to be fun and games at the end of the day and little further on knowledge. I just stand by what I say from what I've learned! No hate!

All in all, if you don't like Dairy, don't use it. But once you claim it serves no purpose or is cancer causing, expect someone to call you out on your claims.

I don't mind being called out at all! I feel like it's a big way to learn. I might not be the best of explaining things but I don't just pull topics out my butt. I get it from somewhere and in this case school and docs that I've seen. I still stand by what I say. I guess it's agree to disagree at this point!

Fair enough :D

I rotate between about 2 to 3 proteins

Right now my big goto is APS Isomorph, because it is one of the purer whey isolates that I have found lately.

Can't beat the taste it, it's so smooth

yeah I tend to stick with isolates when I can, have heard great things about aps isomorph.....I've also been using humapro instead of protein, so far haven't noticed any drop in lean mass

For cost effectiveness you can't beat MyProtein. I'm a bit of a convert now. Usually have a bunch of 11lb bags laying around lol.

Plus I like that I can get "unflavored" to reduce the amt of artificial sweeteners and dyes I intake.

actually bro everyone learns and i will say it was good dialogue going on here. no pissy sh1t drama.

The problem wit that site is that it has an inherent bias - i'll show you the problem with trying to establish causation with correlation

I was just happy to see a reference to the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. May you all be touched by his noodly appendages.

Well I jumped on that cellucor cor protein. They had one left. I'll wait for killer Myprotein deal to try them out.

If it was for the 4lber, then you got a good deal. Molten Chocolate is really good. It's a deeper, darker chocolate than most on the market which tend to be very light milk chocolates.

I've laid off of this stuff as before I just ate more food. Now I'm older, life's real and I have no time, I'm looking to get some powder for a fast grab at food.

Costco has the ON gold for like 60 for 6# I believe. Back in the day Vitamin Shoppe, their Whey Tec wasn't bad. But again I don't know What's what.

I get hungry late at night so this would be used pre bed too at times.

Any help here fellas.
check back at Costco. They have Muscle Milk/Cytosport 100% Whey 6lbs $39.99. No shipping - I never ever buy anyone's protein online.

I personally don't like muscle milk, you can get a 5lb tub of met-rx whey for like $35 on Amazon.

It's not personal it's business ;)

$/lb and no dhipping is all that matters to me. It's only a supplement to my protein intake.

Not bad... You think it'll be okay pre bed
If you're meeting your macros I can't see a problem with it. If you're a competitor you're more likely to be concerned about the small amount of sugar. I don't do shakes before bed anymore. I wake up to pee enough as it is. :(

All this foolishness aside (lol, I felt like I was reading posts from a climate change denier), PES Select is still king. Best profile, great taste (especially with our recent release of frosted chocolate cupcake), proven to be filler free, etc. That being said, we are also making a vegan version of Select for our friends who can't handle lactase, but there is nothing wrong with milk protein.

PES Select - no doubt!

Never a bad time to sign up for PEScience insiders. :)

Select is of course my goto as well. Make sure you get your hands on peanut butter cup! Has been my running top flavor for a while now.

Once I'm off work I'll dig up what I find from medical forums. It's impossible for it not to be or opposite to inflammation due to it being built off of lactate/lactose. That alone isn't made for human consumption along with casein linking to feeding cancer cells which is another misconception by the money vacuums of the supplement world.

Where's the evidence to support your claim?

He told you he will read medical forums ... That is Class IIIIIIIIIIIIII evidence in clinical evidence grading. (Class I is highest, Class III = no evidence, so class IIIIIIIIIIIIII means what ? )

Hhh bro your claims are opinions... i know that research can be biased... but...

The best in life is the mix of things... no offense, I appreciate your cause...
