Fat loss insan1ty with Sup3r-11 and Ignit3

Sorry for no real updates this weekend. I was a buddy fix up his mom's house and had a ton of work to do myself and just had no time for anything else

This morning's weigh in:
Bodyweight: 190
Tanita Bodyfat %: 25%
Waist: 41.25

Still feeling like I am retaining a lot of water right now. I was drinking a ton of water all weekend, so I guess I'm holding onto some.

Hopefully it comes right back off. Shoulder feels better and I'm going to hit legs tonight and get back on track.

Also, I decided to crack open my last bottle of Ignit3 and Combustion today and start taking it again. I've been off for about 4 weeks I believe. We will see if I have a better experience with Ignit3 this time around - last time wasn't bad, but I wasn't blown away. But that happens sometimes. First time I used alphamine I didn't even bother to finish the tub because I really didn't like the effects. 6 months later I found half the tub and decided to finish it and loved it the second time around. Hopefully something similar happens.

The first time around with Ignit3 I noticed almost no stimulation effects, some mood improvement but very subtle, no appetite suppression, etc. The things I DID notice were dramatic blood sugar drops (which may have negated the mood improvement of the product because this can cause depression, etc.) and ....that's about it. Even combined with combustion the stim effects and appetite suppression was very little. Maybe it was just me though...stuff happens.

It will be interesting to see how I respond now that I have noticed a decrease stimulant tolerance since starting the Sup3r-11.

Also, one more thing I've mentioned before with the Sup3r-11 but it seems to be getting more pronounced as time goes on - my sleep is just crazy. I've used a lot of sleep aids and Revivarant G is one of my favorites for just knock-out type sleep. I used to wake up 1X during the night, mainly to go to the bathroom and get a drink. Now, I sleep through the night, don't even remember waking up if I do, and I can sleep for 10 hours and still have to pull myself out of bed. I sleep as well now, without anything to aid in sleep including ZMA, as I did with ZMA and Rev. G before.

In addition to this, the last 2-3 nights I've been having TONS of dreams. Normally I don't remember my dreams, but I'm waking up and remembering 3-5 dreams easily. I came VERY close to realizing I was having a dream while I was in it 2 nights ago, which has NEVER happened to me before.

Also, I've stopped taking the T3 that I was using and I've noticed NO effects, which pretty much tells me the stuff I got was junk, since I was taking what should have been 120 mcg/day in two doses - I should have been shut down hard. Pretty much all of the effects I thought the T3 was having must have been just the Sup3r-11 doing its thing.

Including the increased sensitivity to stims you mentioned?

Also, since taking the Ignit3 and Combustion this morning I'm definitely noticing some stimulation - very mild shaking/nervous energy, more talkative, very awake, etc. Nothing overpowering, but it's there. No anxiety or anything, which is good, the nervousness is really just energy - like I can't get stuff done fast enough.

Appetite....I'm very hungry right now. Normally after I have a black coffee I'm full until at least 1 PM. My stomach is talking and I'm feeling very hungry. Probably the lowering blood sugar as noaddedhmones has pointed out in the past. Lowering blood sugar like this is quite the trick and has its place - it's definitely one of the more impressive effects of this product. Unfortunately this increases appetite a bit.

Bodyweight: 187

I didn't get to do my leg workout last night either. I've had a ton of work to do and I've been working on getting things done and haven't had time. Hopefully tonight I can get back on track.

Finally got back to working out. Had a decent leg workout today, at least slightly better than last week. The leg workout went as follows:

Squats:
1 x 6 x 225 warm up
Drop Set:
1 x 275
2 x 445
2 x225
I almost got a second rep at 275 but had to drop to the pins, strip the weight and re-rack it. Last week I got 1 rep at 275 and 1 at 245.

Leg Extensions
1 x 7 x 165 (+1 rep from last week)

Leg presses
1 x 12 x 540 (same)

Straight Legged Deadlifts:
1 x 5 x 275 (+2 reps from last)

Calf Presses
1 x 9 x 540
1 x 6 x 540
1x 5 x 540

It may not be a lot, but going to failure on all of that left me tired.

Including my post workout shake I've had 3 cups of fairlife skim milk, 2 scoops select, 1 scoop isomorphic and 6 oz of chicken. Total of about 800 calls and 160 grams protein.

I started taking Ignit3 and Combustion yesterday. Yesterday I noticed Somme stimulant effect. Today I was ready to pass out and it had no stimulant effects at all. I may just be tired, but it doesn't hit me at all from the stimulant angle.

I have to remember me that you are on a huge deficit when looking at your workout, LOL.
Stay the course, captain!

Just have to keep pushing!

Rise and grind, brother! That bodyfat percentage is coming down! Keep killing it!

Yes it's come down 6 or 7% in the last 7 weeks. And the scale isn't a hundred percent accurate so it's really just a good judge of if I'm going in the right direction. It's been going between 25 and 26% the last week I guess.

The scale body fat % fluctuates based on my hydration level. In the morning when I wake up I haven't had anything to drink for quite a while and my body fat percentage shows as being a little higher. During the day my weight goes up obviously but my body fat percentage usually drops of about 22 to 23%.

Dude, the difference between how I look in the morning versus mid-day or evening is incredible. You'd think my body-fat percentage was far higher later in the day, the hydration fluctuations and bloating from eating can really skew my appearance. So I can see how you'd get varying measurements. In the end its averages that matter and trends, and you've been trending towards a steady decrease, so that EXACT percentage isn't all that important. Again, good work!

Gravity is a bitch! In the morning I'm sporty-grandpa. In the evening I'm chubby-old-fart. LOL

Did chest and biceps tonight as follows:

Incline dumbbell flyers:
1 x 8 x 47.5 warm up
1 x 7 x 67.5 (same as last week)

Bench press
Drop Set
1 x 200
1 x 185
2 x 165
4 x 145 (increase of 1 rep on last drop. All others the same as last)

Dips
5 x b.w. (same)

Barbell Curls:
1 x 8 x 45 warm up
1 x 5 + 1 cheat x 80 (did 6 + 2 last week)

Cable curls
Drop Set
5 x 45 (+5 pounds, - 2 reps)
1 x 40 (+5 pounds, - 1 rep)
2 x 35 (+5 pound, same reps)
2 x 30 (+5 pounds, -2 reps)

I finished off the workout with HGP's challenge and will post results in that thread once I tally it all up. My performance on that was pretty week. I see all these people hitting 300+ reps and when I started the first set I thought I'd have no problem until suddenly I started failing on reps 26-28.

I think my total reps wound up around 60! Haha.

At least the waist went in the right direction :)

Yeah, the waist measurement is going to be more accurate than the BF% measurement, since you can get the fluctuations that lead to inaccuracies. Definitely on the right path!

Yeah, it's all about direction. As HGP said, it's a marathon, not a race. In my case, I like to think of it as a race-a-thon. I figure I have a 5 weeks left on the Sup3r-11 and hopefully I can be down to around 170 by then. Then I'll do my PCT for 8 weeks, which will include exotherm which is pretty good in itself for burning fat, so maybe over those last 8 weeks I can lose another 10-12 pounds. I will probably go on a more "standard" diet for the PCT also.

Newagemayan is working on getting me that bottle too, so I should be doing 500 mg/day for the last 4 weeks.

So far, 250 mg/day seems to have increased my fat loss by about 10% to be honest. I have experience on this diet and I lose almost exactly 0.5 pounds/day usually. Right now I'm ON day 52 and I've lost about 27.5 pounds. It doesn't seem like much, but I'm also sleeping better, I think this stuff actually does suppress my appetite a little, and I really don't feel like I've lost any crazy amount of muscle. Plus, the mirror is just starting to show some big changes I think. Next photo update I feel will show a big change.

Guys, I've been busy and just keep coming here to update this log on my phone and suddenly get to responding to a different thread and then don't have time to update. So here are the last two days:

7/1/2016
Bodyweight: 186.5
Tabitha Body fat %: 27%
Waist: 40.5

I don't know how my weight went up. The day before I had 2 scoops of Select in water, 8 oz. Of Mahi Mahi, and a bag of broccoli. That's around d 600 cals.

Today:
Bodyweight: 187.5
Tanita Body fat %: 27%
Waist: 40.5

The weight going up this time makes some sense because I had 2 scoops of Select in water during the day and a cheat meal consisting of honey barbecue chicken with 4 fried mozzarella sticks and a half a brownie.

Today I have had a scoop of Select in water, a bag of beef jerky, 8 oz. Chicken. And a bag of broccoli.

I have had a chance to workout, but I will tomorrow. I've been off the workouts for 3 days due to my workload, but it worked out because Hairygrandpa's triceps challenge has my arms killing me today. It wasn't bad yesterday, but today it sucks. It's the first time ever that bending my arms has hurt my triceps. I've had hurt biceps like that, but never been able to get my tri's that fried. It hurts contracting my biceps and thus stretching my triceps.

Today's Weigh in:

Bodyweight: 188.5
Bodyfat %: 27%
Waist: 41.5"

Not really sure what the heck is happening here. Yesterday's increase was understandable, as I had the cheat meal the night before. The 1.5 pounds the day before and the 1 pound today, I'm really not sure.

It really HAS to be water retention or something, I expect it will come off again. Seems like I hit 187, bounced back up, came to 185, and now I'm bouncing again - but it's not usually this bad.

Yep, those things happen. It's against all logic, have those fluctuations too.
Conclusion: The scale is a lying piece of sh1t.
LOL

Lol, yup. It can't be anything but water because you can't create mass from nothing but it is hard to understand. I just have to keep working and know a day is coming where suddenly I will be less and feel like magic happened!

Dame bruh great progress. Keep it up

Thanks man. I really appreciate all the support from everyone. It has made sticking to this much easier. Sometimes you fall off the diet for one meal, and if no one is watching it is easy to just let it slip more and more until you just don't get back on the diet. Everyone being here helps me get back on track when things don't go as planned.

I had my back workout tonight. I was going to do my normal workout and then do the deadliest challenge from the challenge threads. I loaded up 405 for the deads and couldn't budge it. I tried 4-5 times but didn't have it tonight so I just replaced it with the challenge.

405 would have been my 1RM and I didn't get it tonight. 60% is 240. I put 265 on. Went for 12 minutes and did 53 reps. I was huffing and puffing like I couldn't believe. And people think weightlifting isn't good for your heart like cardio!

I followed this with :

Pull ups: 1 x 4 x bw

Bent over rows: 1 x 2 x 175

Underhanded Pull Downs:
Drop Set
6 x 135
2 x 120

And I was toast. The challenge took a ton out of me but it gave me a good alternative to just failing on headlights.

Today I had 1/2 cup fairlife skim with 1 scoop Choc. Cupcake Select and some psyllium husks at 1, a cup of fairlife skim and 1 scoop FCC Select at 5, a 60 cal light cheese stick, worked out, had a scoop of isomorph in 1/2 fairlife skim, and then had dinner of 4 oz. Salmon and 1 bag steamed broccoli for dinner.

That means I had 440 calories before my workout, and 850 cals for the day. Protein was around 125 grams.

Wonder what I will weigh tomorrow, haha.

I am excited for Tuesday, which will be the beginning of my 4 weeks at 500 mg of Sup3r-11/day. Should be even more fun!

You did bent over rows after the challenge???? Damn you are a tough mofo, LOL!

Please tell us tomorrow how your back feels after the challenge, satisfying my sadistic needs, LOL.

Lol, thanks man. I only got 2 reps. But like I said before, not how much you do but how you do it, haha. I took a good 10 minute break I think.

I hope my back feels better in 2 days than my triceps feel. Your triceps challenge killed my arms so bad. The next day...not so bad. Two and three days after, I couldn't move my arms haha.

But that triceps challenge has me reconsidering how I train my arms...May go in some new directions with that experience.

You are free to borrow workouts from my log, everything labeled "Arms-day". Works for me.

Thank you sir! We are going to start calling you "Hairy Gun Pa"

Ok, I probably could have done better, haha.

Now my weight and BF% are going in the right direction and my waist is going up.

Like we've said, it's just water and inexplicable and I know one day it will just fall off - but it is a bit of a mind f*ck and I just have to keep doing what I'm doing and have some faith..

Oh, and my back is very mildly stiff today. Normally I'm worse the second day after a workout....we will see how this goes.

I did have some stiffness picking up stuff off the floor this morning and I imagine tomorrow I won't be able to stand.

And, I almost forgot:

Happy 4th of July to all the USA residents (which includes me!) Too bad I can't eat any of the food today, haha.

Happy 4th of July, brother! I had to cook burgers and hot dogs for my family, and can't/won't eat any of it, haha. But hey, we pay the price of sacrifice and discipline, putting aside instant gratification for our long term goals. Worth it!

Yeah man, it isn't so bad I guess. It is funny because I used to only ear burgers occasionally, and when I did this PSMF last year and ever since, bacon cheese burgers have just become the ultimate for me. Haha.

This is actually one of the first days in a LOOONG time where I have just relaxed and not worked on things and didn't have some family event to get to. It is nice. I am going to lift in a little while and then...who knows.

Tonight's shoulder and tri's workout:

Military Presses:
1x8x75 warm up
Then 4 sets with 10 seconds rest between each set:
9x95
2x95
2x95
1x95

Dumbbell Side Laterals:
1x9x12.5 (each DB)

Rope Face Pulls
1x10x40

Triceps Rope Extensions:
1x8x15 warm up
Drop Set:
2x45
2x35
2x25
4x15

Lying French Presses
5 sets, 10 seconds rest between each set
13x30
4x30
3x30
3x30
3x30

I liked HGPs challenge so much, I kind of incorporated it in the rest-pause type sets. I was feeling tired and weak today, but the workout was good.

I had 2 cups of chairlift skim milk and 2 scoops Select for 400 calories and 75 grams of protein.

Being July 4th, my gfs wanted a burger so I kind of splurged. I had 93% lean beef (6 oz), 1 slice low fat cheese, and 2 slices of bacon for an additional 400 calories and 52 grams protein. It isn't strict PSMF, but it keeps me at 800 calls and 126 grams protein for the day.

Nice to see you doing rest pause sets! This gives your workouts a push and burns a bit more fat.
Looking good!

I like it, especially since my strength isn't up like it normally is. I can lighten the weight and keep the intensity higher.

This tends to be a recurring theme for a lot of guys, haha. :p I swear in my last relationship every single cheat meal could be chalked up to the girlfriend. I tip my hat to you for keeping the cals at 800 even with the burger splurge.

LOL, having a gf allows me to shield myself from responsibility! Haha. The other night was her daughter's birthday and we got her cupcakes from this place that is awesome and she ate a cupcake in bed while we watched a movie next to me and I barely even noticed. It was over before I even really realized she was eating it.

The next morning they got a dozen donuts and I had those in the kitchen for 2 days. That was hard too, but I avoided having one. So I guess I can't blame her for everything...but it helps make me look better! But in reality, if I want to control my own destiny, I can't really blame anyone else for my habits ...and I know I will never eat as clean as some people on this board. It just isn't in my makeup....even if I get fatter, I'm gonna have a donut or junk food, etc. at times. I will just have to fight it on the other end with exercise and more dieting.

Today's weigh in:

I am going to 500 mg of Sup3r-11 today. I took my first 250 mg dose this morning and will take 250 mg. in the evening or before bed. I'm excited to see how this works out. I was looking at what I have left in my Tupperware container and it's getting fairly thin - I should have OVER 120 ml left, but it certainly doesn't look like it. We will see how it goes.

I want to thank NewAgeMayan and Olympus Labs for sending me a bottle so that I can log this at 500 mg/day. I am excited and really appreciate it.

Youve earnt it man, and stuck with your plans.

I cant take any credit our end, this extra bottle is all managements doing.

Here's to your next 4 weeks

So, I just got some Pharma T3 in today too. I was going back and forth on whether or not to use it with the 500 mg of 11-kt, but I think I am going to do it unless someone here has an issue with the results. I want to give 11-KT a fair review, but on the same hand it is often said that T3 should be run with something somewhat anabolic. This will help show if 11-KT is anabolic enough to stop T3 muscle wasting.

So far today, I will say that doubling the dose gives me a lot more energy than I had before. I had a bit of a crash this afternoon, but then it came back and the energy is pretty high...this is something a lot of other people have noted before at lower doses but I hadn't seen.

I was worried about going to sleep last night because I actually felt I had a lot of energy, but once I was out, I slept like a rock. And when I woke up this morning, I wasn't sure if I wanted to get up and laid in bed for 5-10 minutes and that was long enough for me to fall asleep again and have another dream. I really do think this stuff makes sleep better, that's for sure.

Considering it lowers cortisol, this definitely comes from that.

Yes! That is what I figure. It shows that the 11-KT does work in that regard - at least it is evidence since I don't have bloodwork. I sleep as well on my own while I'm taking this as I would with Revivarant G when I'm not taking it.

I'm trying the alternative DHEA metabolite, b-AET and my sleep is great. I've heard similar reports from Reduce XT (another DHEA supplement meant to reduce cortisol) etc, so if your 11-kt isn't bunk then you'll definitely be enjoying sleep. Are you getting any lethargy? My lethargy is nuts on b-AET, but this may be due to my age (I'm 26)

I think I was getting a little in the beginning, but it's hard to say because my diet is pretty extreme and that could have been causing it. I get waves where I have no motivation at all, but again, this could be the diet.

I will say that I doubled the dose yesterday and I had a lot of energy. Not stimulant energy, just ready to get stuff done type energy and I was very awake and aware. I just took 250 mg. 11-KT with 25 mcg T3 this morning and we will see how that goes.

Others have reported 11-KT gives them energy in other threads.

b-AET is a very interesting compound. I wish I could get it bulk.

Well, IL Invictus is the solo b-AET product I'm using...not sure what you mean about getting it in bulk (unless you mean a powder or something). I hear it's transdermal bioavailablity is much better than oral in case you were gonna buy in bulk and cap it.

Invictus looks good. I was talking bulk powder. I would make my own transdermal with it. Beyond fat loss, it is just a great ingredient for general health as I believe it greatly reduces inflammation also - I could be wrong, haven't researched it in a long while.

Yes. It's anti-inflammatory and also helps with the immune system I believe, and I feel like I have direct proof of that in my log. Every cortisol reducing supplement I've tried has killed my joints, and I get sick very easily around other sick people. My joints are staying strong 4-5 weeks in and I took care of my girlfriend who had a fever the entire weekend and I haven't felt sick yet.

That is aweomse! I'm not surprised based on what I read. I didn't see your log, but I've been trying to follow so many threads on here lately that it is beginning to take over my life, haha. I will look it up, sorry I missed it.

I ALWAYS feel like the quack doctor when I say this, but Vitamin C is HIGHLY under-rated. I drink crystal light and when I make it, I make 1 large packet in 1 gallon of water and dump a scoop of Vitamin C (5-6 g). I drink at least 1 gallon/day, often 1.5 of this mixture. I know the Crystal Light isn't ideal, but I have bad habits still. I used to do this all the time, then stopped and started getting colds, started again and went 3+ years without any colds at all until this past winter when my parents, my gf, her son and everyone I knew got a crazy flu that put them in bed for a week and lasted 2 weeks. I definitely got sick, but I didn't miss a day of work and it only lasted 3-4 days for me, because I started taking 50-60 grams of Vit. C a day as soon as it came on. It works, and there are studies pointing to it working, but it just isn't accepted.

Haha, no need to be sorry about missing my log. It doesn't get many replies because it's unsponsored and I'm not really a hype magnet/master.

Also, the Vitamin C theory is definitely relevant. In the past, I also used to dose it at 5g daily during the winter season and I feel it often prevented me from getting sick. There's also some information on Examine that may agree with that dosage as well.

lol, OK, I'm not that sorry. It is hard doing a log, because ....well....what can you really do to make it exciting? I'm a pretty boring guy in real life, not overly talkative and the things I do like to talk about (chemicals, supplements, working out, etc) - no one I knows is really into it haha. Plus, I'm dry and fairly straight forward I think, so I come on here some days and it is pretty much, "Here is what I weigh and what my measurements are" and I am sure people look at that and go, "OK" and that's it. Honestly, I didn't even realize anyone was paying attention until Hairygrandpa mentioned me in another thread where people were taking issue with my approach (which I understand).

People like controversy...and we are used to it in the news and our daily lives. It's like the Joker says in the newest Batman series, "No one ever complains when something goes according to plan, the most horrific things can be acceptable if it was all part of the plan". In this light I've always told people, "No one ever sits at the bar with their buddies and talks about how great everything is going". People may not like things to go wrong in their lives, but that is what makes people interesting. haha.

Honestly, I don't like generating hype because it doesn't sound genuine, for the most part. It sucks because most of the hype I've seen in sponsored logs made me buy products that were only marginally helpful (this was a long time ago). I'm much smarter now, so I pretty much do my own studying on ingredients and cherry pick the stuff I like to run.

But yes, I come off as straightforward mostly because if I log something, I want people to actually get information from it instead of being BS'd into buying a product. I am quite animated in real life though.
