FOLLIDRONE 2.0 FAQ Updated follidrone writeup and info***

FD2 really helps to shuttle cals into the muscles so more of what you eat is being utilized for growth.
Evidence of this is the extreme hunger and hypoglycemia most notice.
Its a good thing though. Shows its doing its job ;)
 
Do you all normally wait until 4 weeks of pct are finished to start cutting or wait until 4 weeks, another month after pct before cutting.

obviously you want to keep calories at maintenance or slightly above during PCT to aid in keeping as much gained muscle as possible, just wondering how long you wait or feel it takes to recover before being safe to start reducing calories.

I plan on upping my calories above maintenance over the next week or two and have introduced carbs which seem to be working great with follidrone allowing for me to maintain strength.
 
I've recently bumped up to 4 caps a day as well, and all is going well, except for the fact that my appetite is through the roof on this dose. This is bad considering I'm trying to cut right now, but I only have a week or 2 left before I will crank up the calories.
Yeah, I second brundel, I've been eating around 3600-3900 calories a day the past week, obviously not all clean; considering my maintenance of ~3000, without FD2 I'd be fattening up real quick, but I haven't stored much, if any fat at all! just make sure to take a cap at least 30 mins before your biggest meals
 
This makes me so happy to hear. 1 that it has helped you with your blood sugar but 8lbs gain is pretty significant especially considering your also tightening up. Let us know if you try non slin. Im interested to see how it works.

I feel like I did prior to being diagnosed, I'm on my way back to 185 but this time I'll be much leaner... my endo is amazed that my blood glucose logs are trending downward on less insulin, I keep telling him to have some of the other patients try FD2 under his supervision.

I would wait the added 4 weeks unless I had labs showing full recovery.
Alot of the labs I see show that 4 weeks is not enough for a full recovery even with prescription PCT meds.
Want to be fully recovered in my opinion.
 
brundel any info/thoughts for those of us who have been having joint issues since starting FD 2.0? Mine got so bad I've had to stop a day or two into my second bottle.

The pre mean FD2 will help keep insulin levels and fat storage down
and muscle growth up.

Obviously I cant recommend FD2 as a medication but knowing its helping people makes me very happy.
 
For me, i noticed the gastro sides after a day or two, then my joints started hurting about a week in and has been slowly getting worse. I'm almost done with the first bottle, but I don't think my joints will let me do the second one. It's a shame because it's working very well, besides the sides. When it comes to lethargy, I've tried different dosing times, adding and subtracting carbs, but I can't seem to reduce the fatigue either.

Pros: Pump, vascularity, glycogen retention, can eat more (more calories to muscle, less to fat), strength, sense of well being, better sleep, strength.

Cons: Joint pain (bad), Lethargy(pretty bad), gastro upset(mild-moderate).

I have been taking FD2 about two weeks probably and I am starting to notice I am leaning out quite nicely, I put on abit of belly fat after my back surgery in november and I have woken up this morning and I have a two pack back lol.... pecs looking leaner aswell.

Loving it apart from the GI sides and aches... Def a lot better than the original which unfortunately did nothing for me

Based on not running blood work, i will keep using Viron, with Test1fy, Exotherm, and Follidrone 2.0 for 1 month after pct and then start to cut in July.

I have been eating between 200-320 grams of carbs in PCT with follidrone and am getting leaner, some days are at maintenance Kcals and others have been 500-800 over maintenance mainly coming from carbs, all are taken post workout, i train on an omelette of 3 whole eggs, with 50g reduced fat cheese and 6 grams of organic coconut oil to fry it in which is consumed at 12:00pm or just after due to me following 16/8 intermittent fasting and breaking fast at midday and starting at 8:00pm, i have been eating this way for 1 year now, i do slightly change it on weekends and stop eating at 6:00pm on Saturday to eat @ 10:00am on sunday, then i start fast at 6:00pm through to 12:00pm the next day.

Anyone of you here also using Xtend at 3-5 scoops per day, i have been and have upped water consumption to 7-8 liters per day from my usual 6.

With the increase in carbs i would expect to look smoother but i am fuller more vascular and have a drier appearance, this stuff is working great allowing for me to eat quite a lot and keep improving.

Ashwangandha (himalayan) 1 or 2 tabs night
Zma
Letrone weeks 4 through 8
 
Unfortunately, I gotta stop the FD2 it is still really messing with my stomach. I don't really have a sensitive stomach in general. I have never had to stop a product before and I usually take more then the recommended dose of most of the products I take lol

I am having the same thing strength keeps on going up,

My cycle was 10 weeks of Halodrol @ 100mg, Tr3n @ 120mg working upto 240mg, but could only stay at that dose for 3 weeks due to terrible effects on mood and sleep, I reverted back to 120mg for last 3 weeks., Epistane was also included at a dose of 45mg upto 70mg but was also dropped for last 3 weeks.

weight went from 12 stone 11 pounds to 14 stone 13 pounds, now I am back down to 13 stone 11 pounds, last day of cycle I weighed in at 13 stone 9, so I am still up 2 pounds from end of cycle and have lost all water retention and seem much leaner now.

My PCT currently is
Clomid 100,50,50,25
Viron 2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2
Exotherm 2 pumps per day am and pm for 8 weeks
SNS Reduce XT 0,0,3,3,3,3
Sup3r PCT,10,10,10,10
Tr1iumph 1 scoop PWO for 8 weeks
Derma Strength Unleashed 2 pumps 1 am and 1 pm for 12-16 weeks.
Prolactrone 1 cap pre bed currently probably for 1st month of pct
Slin Max, 4 caps split through day for 1-2 months
Follidrone 2.0 3 cap per day for 8-12 weeks
 
I wanna run epistane and halodrol for 8 weeks...

Time on + PCT = time off from what I have gathered and is what I would recommend.

e.g. I was on cycle for 10 weeks pct is 4, so I will wait a full 14 weeks until I use AAS/PH's again, next cycle will probably be Sustanon, Tr3st and M1T, then I may add some Masteron and Tren either Short esters e.g. prop, and ace or use both in an enanthate ester.

I don't plan on cycling again until November or even December.

also do you all think it is more beneficial to run clomid for 6-8 weeks and keep it 25mg per day or EOD.
 
brundel What is in this stuff man??? Lol. I work my @$$ off in the gym. Yet, I do not get sore. Thumbs up!!! Maybe thats why I have two more bottles on the way. Funny thing is.... I take it on an empty stomach in the morning prior to my workout as I workout fasted. Havent really experienced any issues. I usually have a scoop or two of Humapro to go with it.

What doses do you plan on running,

also have you stacked Halodrol with Trenavar, Tr3n, Trendione, I find 100mg of halodrol the sweet spot combined with 90-120mg Tr3n, when I go past 120mg I just get more sides, e.g major depression trensomnia and bad mood swings, so I will only ever use 120mg max now for this compound and If I want to go higher I will use the real injectable tren.
 
I recommend tr3n & halo due to the tr3n being a non methyl whilst halo and epi are both methylated therefore putting more stress on liver.

I'm finding this, I only ever get sore if I use way more weight and then it is minimal, my shoulder injury has also gone, I am having more pain in inner forearm directly below biceps, when training arms, but it just feels like a painful intense pump, almost like biceps are going to tear off,

Thats alot of SERM.
I know people say to use both but there really isnt any reason to. Just add to possible side effects like vision problems.
I would do clomid only and save the nolva for if gyno shows up on cycle or something.

It states only 4 units in stock on site, ? is this correct.

Saw that as well (same for Letrone). We just picked those up, so I'm not sure if there's more on the way or what is going on.
